As the Country Manager, what are the ways you attract new customers in the market and build long-term connections with them?

My strategy for bringing in new business and establishing lasting relationships is based on a few key tactics. My top priority is providing services that are outstanding in terms of quality, speed, and dependability. These are the cornerstones that guarantee client trust and satis-faction. In the cut throat telecom industry, we distinguish ourselves by continuously meeting and exceeding these criteria.

Another important component is inno-vation. Given how quickly telecom technology is developing, I ensure our company stays ahead of the curve by embracing new technologies and investing in ongoing training for our staff. This keeps us current and shows our clients that we are dedicated to offering the newest, most effective solutions.
To avoid being overly dependent on a small number of clients, which could compromise our stability, I focus on developing a broad customer base. This balanced approach ensures a robust business model and sustainable growth. Additionally, I cultivate strong connections by under-standing the distinct requirements of each client and providing tailored solutions.

Fostering a positive culture, empowering employees, & embracing sustainability is key to driving innovation, organizational success, & community impact

How do you build a brand strategy that enables brand awareness and brand equity among customers?

I concentrate on providing outstanding value to all stakeholders in our ecosystem, which includes our company, suppliers, customers, and aggregators. When we deliver exceptional customer service, we earn the loyalty of our clients, which, in turn, benefits our supplier relationships. This reciprocal value strengthens our brand's reputation by creating a positive feedback loop. Our market presence is organically increased by our dedication to providing high-quality, dependable, and prompt services.

To guide our brand strategy, our vision, mission, and goals must align. Our purpose describes the steps to attain our vision, which establishes our long term brand aims, and our goals provide quantifiable benchmarks. As a leader, it is my duty to ensure these components work together to direct our efforts in raising brand equity and awareness.

How do you follow the latest trends happening in the market and stay up-to-date?

I regularly engage in professional development and ongoing learning to stay current with industry trends. I frequently participate in executive training courses and conferences offered by reputable institutions to learn about new developments in technology and business trends. I subscribe to periodicals and journals that highlight the most recent advancements in telecom and related sectors to stay up to date on new releases and their effects on the market.

Social media plays a significant role in how I obtain knowledge, as it allows me to follow industry leaders and stay informed about technology developments. Additionally, keeping
up with advancements such as Industry 4.0 and 5.0 ensures that our company remains relevant and competitive.

How do you accelerate cross-functional communication with stakeholders to establish realistic goals and expectations for projects or tasks?

I put a lot of effort into fostering collaboration and clear alignment to accelerate cross-functional com-munication with stakeholders and establish realistic goals and expectations for projects. Each department within the company should have its own KPIs, which must align with our overarching goals and objectives. I emphasize the importance of aligning internal KPIs with external stakeholder expectations.

Our cross-functional leaders need to understand both their objectives and how these objectives impact our clients. To ensure everyone is on the same page, I facilitate open discussions among the finance, delivery, sales, and marketing departments.

What kinds of impacts do you see yourself creating in your professional journey, going forward?

I aim to make a significant impact by consistently bringing value to my community, industry, and organization. Drawing inspiration from the Japanese concept of Ikigai, my goal is to live and work with a clear and distinct purpose. I envision myself inspiring my team and peers by setting an example of continuous learning, positivity, and empowerment. My priorities will include providing outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and customers. Additionally, I will prioritize sustainability and operational efficiency to promote long-term success.
