Take us through your experience that inspired you to start this venture in this populous segment of the IT solutions industry.
I started my professional career in 1999 with Tata Motors Ltd. in the SCM Department. I was fortunate to acquire all the SCM functions. We are talking about a company where I spent 16 years of my life. Though I was financially secure, I found myself in a plodding position. I soon realized that my fear of a boring and unsatisfying career inside a large company was stronger than my fear of failing as an entrepreneur. I wanted to set and expand my own boundaries. With inspiration from my family members and tremen

dous support from my partners, 9USRcraft came into existence.

Which are the milestones that have bestowed you with utmost satisfaction in your professional journey?
I have an experience of 22 years in Automobile and in Information Technology Sector, having dealt in SCM function alities, procurement, distribution, and handling customer issues has given rise to my boundaries and brought me to this successful position.

The utmost satisfaction, today, is to anticipate and tackle the day-to-day challenges whether it's related to design, finance, marketing, human resources or sales. It gives me immense happiness to be able to supervise the smooth running of these departments, at multiple occasions and different situations. I feel my learning and optimistic attitude has made me stronger and a better person.

What are the opportunities that you foresee?
The COVID-19 crisis has affected economies around the globe and will permanently reshape our world as it continues to unfold. While the fallout from the crisis is both amplifying familiar risks and creating new ones, change at this scale also creates new openings for managing systemic challenges, and ways to build back better. The sudden uptick in minor cyber incidents, phishing scams and attacks on businesses, institutions will affect the financial and social lives of individuals dramatically. These pandemic times have made individuals, across the globe, encourage and navigate through the rigorous use of Digital platforms and systems, creating a number of possible opportunities for business improvement.

What advice would you give to the budding CEOs?
I am a sports enthusiast I enjoy watching as well as playing cricket. I love reading and travelling to different places with my family. I would advise the emerging CEOs to have a balanced mental and physical health even amidst the work pressure. Believe in yourself and your team, follow your dreams and enjoy the journey and experiences as they come.
