Could you give a brief account of your professional background and experiences?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), which provided me with a solid understanding of business principles. To further enhance my skills, I pursued a Diploma in Multimedia, (equipping me with technical knowledge in graphic design, web development, and multimedia production), followed by a Diploma in Film Making (which honed my storytelling abilities and visual communication skills). Seeking advanced knowledge in media, I obtained a Postgraduate degree in Media Studies, which deepened my understanding of media theory, research, and analysis. I gained valuable hands-on experience during my three-year tenure at an advertising agency. This experience exposed me to the intricacies of marketing strategies, campaign development, client management, and the creative process within the advertising industry. Through this journey, I have cultivated a comprehensive skill set that combines marketing insights, multimedia expertise, and a nuanced understanding of the advertisement business.

Why was Bangalore chosen to be the breeding ground of your company? How has been the place favoring you so far?
Bangalore has a vibrant startup ecosystem and a reputation for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. The city is home to numerous technology parks and
incubators, attracting talent and investment from around the world. Generally regarded as a city conducive to technological development and business growth, the city encourages collaboration and provides resources for startups and established companies a like. The availability of skilled professionals, a supportive ecosystem, and a conducive business environment are some factors that may make Bangalore an attractive location for companies in the tech industry.

How would you define Genesis Creative House as an organization and its current position in the market?
The current position of Genesis in the market is influenced by various factors, including our reputation, client portfolio, industry expertise, creative capabilities, client satisfaction, and the overall quality and effectiveness of our work. We have a strong track record of successful campaigns, a diverse range of clients, and a talented team of professionals can contribute to a favorable market position. We have acquired clients as Myntra, Flipkart, Enamor, Pepe Jeans, Redseer, Titan, Paytm, TVS in a short span of time.

Tell us about your flagship offerings and what are the value additions that customers can expect from your offerings?
Well, being a creative agency we have a vast portfolio of services like Strategic Planning, Branding a& Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Media Planning and Buying, Content Creation, and Analytics & Reporting. While our these services help clients to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and elevate their positioning in the market aligning with the target audience needs, our Analytics & Reporting help to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns keeping a track of key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, campaign performance reports and RoI.

When it comes to value additions, we are efficient and resourceful, and deliver objective results to clients with valuable insights. We possess knowledge and experience in the advertising and marketing field, and assist clients with the latest strategies and techniques. Our services to the solutions are tailored to client needs, and bringing in fresh, creative and innovative ideas we develop unique and impactful campaigns that capture attention, differentiate brands, and generate results. However, the specific value additions may vary depending on the client's requirements. It's

Tell us about your leadership and governance approach. What are the guidelines you follow as a leader?
A clear vision and mission for the organization, providing direction and purpose to guide decision-making and actions foster open and transparent communication. I actively listen to others, provide clear instructions and feedback, and ensure that information flows freely within the organization. Furthermore, empowering the team members and delegating responsibilities, I create an environment that encourages innovation and growth, which employees navigate positively and responsibly (promoting a culture of account ability within the organization).

What were some of the toughest challenges you have encountered in your journey so far? How did you overcome them?
Starting a business during a pandemic with zero investment and only two employees posed significant challenges. The first hurdle was acquiring clients as the economic uncertainty made it difficult for businesses to commit to new project, hence we adopted a strategy of offering projects at lower prices while maintaining a high standard of quality. This impressively attracted clients. As we completed projects successfully, word-of-mouth referrals started to increase, allowing us to gradually acquire more clients. Additionally, by increasing your online visibility through social media, a well-designed website, and content marketing, we were able to reach a wider audience and attract potential clients. This proactive online approach, combined with delivering quality work, propelled our business forward, and we experienced steady growth. The challenges faced then taught me the value of perseverance, adaptability, and the importance of delivering exceptional value to clients, even during challenging times.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?
Achieving a 100+ employee company and acquiring 200+ clients within a five-year timeframe is my ambitious goal. It involves significant expansion and scaling of operations.
