CNO Financial Group, a US based financial services holding company, appoints Tricia Borcherding as the Vice President of human resources shared services. The company also promotes Carolyn O’Donnell as the Vice President of Organizational development. Both would report to Yvonne Franzese, Chief Human Resource Officer, CNO Financial Group.

Commenting on the appointment, Yvonne states, "I am pleased to announce these well-deserved appointments of Tricia and Carolyn, both bring strong leadership experience that will help to execute on our strategic priorities, develop and train our workforce, and improve our ability to attract top talent to support our customers, associates and agents. Tricia possesses about 18 years of experience. She has held numerous leadership roles in the operations and finance section. She also has served as Vice President of
Enterprise Risk Management and Vice President of Internal Audit. Tricia holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. In addition, she is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI). As Vice President of Human Resources Shared Services, Tricia will be managing employee relations, HR information systems, HR analytics, and administration and project management.

Carolyn has over 25 years of experience in human resource and operations expertise. She is associated with CNO since 2006. Lately, she served as the Director of Human Resources Program Management. Carolyn has also served as Director of business process improvement for Colonial Penn and Human Resources for Colonial Penn & Bankers Life. Before joining CNO, she was associated with Ikea as a Human Resource Manager for 15 years. Carolyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Temple University. In her new position, she will be handling the talent & performance management, training & leadership development and organization effectiveness.
