Greg Elliott Joins Loopio as Vice President of Customer Experience

Greg Elliott, the former VP of Customer Success at PatSnap, joins Loopio, which is a Toronto-based technology company, as its Vice President (VP) of Customer Experience. Loopio helps enterprises supercharge their responses to RFPs, DDQs, and Security Questionnaires. In this role, Elliott will look forward to enhancing the post-sale customer experience and will take the lead on maximizing customer happiness, retention, and loyalty.

Greg has over a decade of experience, having held various customer success leadership positions in the software industry. Before PatSnap, Greg served as Senior Director of Customer Success at Influitive and VP of Customer Success at Vision Critical. Greg will be integral to helping Loopio enhance its customer success strategy and grow the Customer Experience team.

Greg, who is passionate about Loopio's mission of improving the response process for RFPs and other types of sales questionnaires, says, “In previous Customer Success leadership roles, I've spent countless hours supporting RFPs, and I understand the challenges organizations face.
