What motivated you to create MYDHARMA Global, and how have you been guiding its journey as a catalyst for transformation and growth across the globe?
My mission to inspire nobility and greatness across all layers of society led me to transition from a successful corporate career and establish MYDHARMA Global in Dubai. This venture was sparked by a powerful insight, which says the size of our problems decreases as our purpose expands. Throughout my career, I saw leaders and professionals often weighed down by their roles, treating work as a burden rather than a path to fulfillment. This observation drove me to reimagine leadership with a deeper approach, one that combines ancient wisdom and modern business principles to address these challenges meaningfully.
At MYDHARMA Global, our focus is on guiding individuals, families, and organizations to realign with their higher purpose. We empower people to connect their values with their goals, leading to transformative growth. By helping them unlock their potential, we enable significant breakthroughs in both business performance and personal well-being.
