What were the key lessons from Loyola College that contributed to the success of your journey?
My time at Loyola shaped me far beyond academics. The college didn’t just teach creativity in classrooms but instilled life lessons that stay with me. Let me give you an example. One of my professors, Rajanayagam, once explained the concept of perspective in just two minutes by showing how the same word rose meant different things to different students. That simple exercise taught us how communication is interpreted differently by each individual. Professor Henry Maria Victor has also been instrumental in my growth.
What experiences and skills from Loyola helped you take the first step in your entrepreneurial journey?
Loyola equipped me with creativity, account ability, and leadership that stood out early in my career. Trusted with significant responsibilities, I headed a production house at 22, gaining hands-on experience in managing projects, people, costs, and clients.
Having no background in business, this basis gave me the courage to begin my own media house and later specialize in software and do projects without creative restrictions.
Could you share your experience regarding the faculty's accessibility and support?
Loyola has exceptional professors focused on discipline and life skills rather than just academic scores. For instance, Professor Alex strictly enforced punctuality and planning by rejecting late project submissions, teaching account ability, foresight, and time management.
These lessons were not limited to textbooks, but they formed our attitude toward problems, cooperation, and duties. While subject knowledge can be learned anywhere, it was these

How did you utilize the alumni network after graduation?
Networking has always been organic. I stay closely connected with a few batch mates who are still active in the media industry, and our conversations often go beyond casual updates to meaningful exchanges on projects, ideas, and industry trends. This knowledge sharing keeps the relationships relevant and valuable, as work and life naturally overlap for me. Since I genuinely enjoy what I do, staying connected with likeminded peers feels effortless and mutually enriching.
What are the methods you use to stay updated on market trends?
I stay connected with my Loyola alumni network, while for software, I rely on my brother, who runs a US-based software company, and a few friends leading IT firms. They share insights, trends, and practical perspectives that keep me informed.
Additionally, I use LinkedIn and YouTube to follow news, constantly read, and use digital channels to remain topical in the media and software sectors.
What is the next chapter you look forward to?
I look forward to building an organization that runs more independently, where decision-making is not centralized around me. My focus is on empowering not just the first and second line of leadership but also team leaders so they feel fully responsible and confident in their roles. By giving them the space to take ownership and make critical decisions, I aim to create a culture where everyone becomes a leader in their own capacity.
