What was the idea behind the inception of ASM Engineering?What is it that inspired you on this entrepreneurial journey?
Being from the same field and with the same expertise, I always had dreams of working for myself.I noticed a possibility to provide specialized title services to clients after working for several years for organizations in the automobile business and using this opportunity I established ASM Engineering Technologies.

Explain in brief your range of services and what is the USP that separates you from your competitors?
In the fields of BIW Process Planning, Design and Documentation, we are the market leaders in Germany. Inhouse project management from Pre-Engineering idea through final design, as well as robotic simulation, is included in our service. What are the latest technologies that you leverage in providing your services? How do you stay updated with the latest trends?
Electrification is a pressing necessity in today's world, and Electric Vehicles(EVs) are a tool we're using to meet that need. Journals, journals, and ongoing research keep us informed about the latest developments in the motor sector.

How has been the growth of the company since its inception and according to you, what are the major factors that have helped you to achieve success in the industry?
We are still in the early stages of expansion, with offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad, also looking into other fields such as heavy engineering, avionics, and product marketing. Perseverance, recognizing that success or failure is not permanent, shared belief, and a team spirit are some of the factors that have aided us in reaching our current position.
