Tell us about the inspiration that led you to venture into the Real Estate industry.
I have pursued Master's in Business Administration majoring in Marketing & Finance from London. In the year 2011, I returned to India to join my father in the real estate and construction business. With the support and guidance of my father it was easy for me to get used to the industry. I worked with my father for

a few years watching in and out of entire business operations, negotiations, financial management and experienced real time problem solving situations. After which I became the Managing Director of the company and since then we have conquered many successful projects.

Throughout your professional journey, what has been your guiding force for you two that helped you reach the level you are at today?
Our journey till here was not so easy. We have gone through many difficulties. But with a strong experienced team we were able to realize the drawbacks and find strategic solutions to avoid further occurrence of the same. With our passion for innovation to create affordable quality projects we were able to complete over three million Syds of open plots and a 2.5 million square feet of construction in two states of India. Our repeated customers base and their endless support navigates us through the odds and helps achieve our goals.

Define Green Metro Infratech & Projects as an organization. Also, tell us about its unique features that keeps it ahead of its competitors in the industry.
GreenMetro is an ISO certified quality management system practitioner and has been synonymous with excellence in high end residential developments at most prestigious locations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. A young and dynamic company, GreenMetro aims at achieving higher standards in Real Estate project management, marketing and customer relationship management with a strong focus of purpose, the company is dedicated to creating iconic growth and outstanding values. We have been reinforcing dreams, creating strong foundations and building trust.

What are the vision and mission instilled in your team?
We have a highly passionate and enthusiastic team everyone feels great responsibility towards work. We follow Industry's best policies and provide the best facilities to them. Each and every project at Green Metro is a result of careful research and analysis and our understanding of the current trends. We are renownedfor our best quality services.

Throughout your journey, which are the milestones that have bestowed you with utmost satisfaction?
Every project that we undertake and deliver on the assigned time gives us utmost satis faction. Be it a 400 acre mega residential gated community open plotting venture or seven acre gated community apartment project or even a small 15,000 square feet stand alone apartment, we put the same efforts and same dedication towards every project.

Where do you see yourself in about a few years from now? What are your future plans for your company?
We have got big plans for the coming years. We will soon pitch into high rise apartments construction at Dundigal the new Electronic and IT destination of Hyderabad. We have also planned to develop a 200 acre mega luxury plotting venture at Vikarabad near the Ananthagiri Hills. We want to stay a step ahead of our competitors and fulfill all our goals going forward.

Ashok's responsibilities as a chairman are two fold. One is strategic, leading to conceptualizing new business development strategies and the second foraying into new businesses with innovative ideas and dynamic thought process.
