We implement advanced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) protocols, including compre

With 25 years of industry experience, Bvishal Oil & Energy. (BVOEL) has led technological progress in India’s oil and gas sector. We are proud to have introduced Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), a transformative technique that has significantly improved oil production efficiency.

As the only company in India specializing in EOR, we have set a new standard for innovation and operational excellence. Our efforts continue with the development of CO2-EOR, a pioneering method that not only boosts recovery from aging reserves but also supports carbon sequestration, helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

At BVOEL, technology is not viewed as a challenge but as a catalyst for growth. Each innovation strengthens our capabilities, drives efficiency and adds value for our stake holders. Guided by a forward thinking team and leadership, we invest in research and embrace change to ensure India’s energy sector thrives globally. How would you describe your leadership style, and what core principles or strategies guide you in leading your organization?

Leadership, to me, is a value-driven journey shaped by principles passed down through generations. I strongly believe in the philosophy: 'Recognize the people, they will Reward-A-Performance.' When individuals feel acknowledged and empowered, they naturally take ownership of their responsi- bilities, driving inno-vation, excellence, and long-term growth.

At Bvishal Oil & Energy, I lead with the belief that it is better to teach than to command. True leadership lies in mentoring, guiding, and nurturing talent rather than issuing orders.

An organization becomes strong when its people are encouraged to learn, take initiative, and grow with a sense of responsibility. I focus on empowering my team rather than exerting authority, allowing them to build confidence and leadership capabilities. I place high importance on recognizing and rewarding performance, which fosters motivation and dedication.
In a constantly evolving industry, I emphasize continuous learning through training, mentorship and skill enhancement. What direction do you see your organization moving toward in the future?

At Bvishal Oil & Energy, we are committed to positioning India as a prominent player on the global oil and gas stage. Our journey goes beyond business success, it is about strengthening the nation’s energy infrastructure and leaving a meaningful global impact. We have made significant progress toward this vision. Bvishal Oil & Energy has been technically qualified by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) to deliver Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) and Surface Production Testing Services, marking a key step in extending our expertise inter-nationally.


Domestically, we continue to drive innovation and efficiency. We have secured a Production Enhancement Contract (PEC) with ONGC, operating on a profit sharing model to boost crude oil output and contribute to India’s energy security. With this project, we are not just servicing oilfields but now capable of producing oil from them. The path ahead is both demanding and promising. With our strong team, technical strength, and forward-looking mindset, we remain dedicated to advancing technologies, exp- anding globally, and shaping the future of the oil and energy sector.

Given your extensive experience in the industry, what guidance would you offer to aspiring leaders in the field?

The oil and gas industry is demanding yet rewarding, with success rooted in experience, patience, and strong decision-making. Aspiring leaders should start by gaining hands-on experience in the field. Understanding the technical, operational, and financial aspects firsthand builds confidence and decision-making skills.

Engaging with the workforce and visiting project sites helps build respect and practical knowledge. Patience is crucial in this long-term industry, as results require time and resilience through challenges, market fluctuations, and regulatory changes.

Leadership involves delegating tasks while ensuring results through clear expectations, mentorship, and account ability. Balancing risk with strategic planning and staying ahead of industry advancements, like EOR and digital oilfields, is essential. Finally, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability will ensure long-term success and growth for both leaders and their teams.
