What drives your daily routines?
I have completed my education in Delhi, earning a degree from Delhi University and becoming a Finance Professional from ICAI. Over the past 35 years, I have gained extensive experience in various countries such as India, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with renowned retail organizations in the region, including MAF Investments, Emaar Malls Group, Meraas Holding, and currently, 'The Developers Holding' as the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer at Dalma Mall, one of Abu Dhabi's largest shopping malls. My responsibilities have involved overseeing mixed-use retail developments and managing retail assets across the region. I view these assets as valuable treasures, and being their custodian serves as a significant source of motivation for me. Ultimately, my passion lies in working with numbers, and witnessing their impact brings me a sense of fulfillment. When you genuinely enjoy what you do, it fuels self motivation and a feeling of achievement.

Success does not follow a rigid formula. It is a personal journey, and what leads to success for one person may not work for another. It is crucial to define success based
on your own terms and discover a path that aligns with your values and aspirations. Setting clear goals is paramount. Having a clear vision of what you want to achieve provides direction and motivation.
