Define MathraDass Ahuja & Sons as an organization and its current position in the industry?
My grandpa, MathraDass Ahuja, founded MathraDass Ahuja & Sons in 1983.Initially, the company operated as a modest infrastructure firm. And when I joined the company, I transformed it into a real estate firm that worked on a variety of government projects, including building construction, restorations, and other infrastructure improvements. We operate as a firm that aspires to develop with its
employees and customers.
We've been in this line of work for decades. We have a team of dedicated employees whose combined experience has aided the organisation in reaching its current status. Today, MathraDass Ahuja & Sons has positioned itself competently and has been spreading across Northern India, where in, Himachal Pradesh has been a strong foothold from the last six to seven years.
Could you tell us about the unique services that are provided by MathraDass Ahuja & Sons that makes it stand out from the rest in the market?
Architectural design, interior design, construction, remodeling, day-to-day maintenance, repairing and maintaining are just a few of the services we provide. Turnkey responsibility for Roads, Highways, and Urban Infrastructure (water, sanitation, and sewage, power/telecom transmission, towers, underground subways, and commercial buildings) are among MathraDass Ahuja & Sons' operation areas. We are a group of technical experts that have successfully delivered end-to-end solutions to a wide range of clients' projects.
From design through commissioning, the organisation has walked alongside its clients throughout the project's path. We are well aware of any pros and cons that may impact the building's functionality. This guarantees that each project is finished to strict quality standards, ensuring that the building will remain functioning for at least 10-12 years. Furthermore, anytime we take on a project, we make sure it is future-proof. For example, we provide services for home automation. I simply enjoy coming up with new ideas. I'm always on the lookout for new experiences, and I'm not scared to attempt new things even if they don't work out. As the civil engineering sector is based on innovation, we will not be able to expand if we continue to use the same old technology and procedures. Our organisation is always working towards bringing the needed innovation to the market. We make every effort to keep up with the newest technological break throughs in order to integrate them into our solutions for better delivery.
Being the CEO, how do you plan to apply your exceptional understanding of this domain into Mathra Dass Ahuja & Sons and take it to the next level?
We are now working on several new ideas for residential buildings with high-end amenities and services. This would mostly be focused for customers in the upper middle class. We provide such services in order to assist customers in living a comfortable and luxorious lifestyle. We aim to educate people on the newest technologies and practices that are emerging in the building sector, since many people are unaware of them and how they may benefit them. We strive to develop creative solutions that will help us construct a better future for our niche clients.
Based on your strong professional experience, what advice would you give to the upcoming entrepreneurs in the industry?
Every individual, in my opinion, should be updated about the ever-changing market dynamics. It is necessary to remain current with market tactics, irrespective of industry verticals. Each and every business cannot be money oriented, some business revolves around trust and faith. Hence, one needs to develop that faith to be a leader in this industry in addition to the capabilities he/she possesses.
