Could you give a brief account of your professional background and experiences? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
Coming from humble beginnings, my professional journey was ignited by my father's influence. I ventured beyond the borders of India to Abu Dhabi in 1994, where I started my career as an MEP Projects Engineer at Al Reyan Electro mechanical. Two years later, in 1996, I transitioned to a managerial role at Bin Aweidha Group. A decade of dedicated service to these organizations sharpened my skills and molded my vision. In 2007, I took a significant leap by founding Adeeb Group, a versatile service oriented entity. Over the years, Adeeb Group has grown into a testament to the exceptional teamwork we foster. In 2016, I assumed the role of Group CEO, reflecting the unity within Adeeb Group.
My professional foundation lies in electrical engineering, and I continually invest in my knowledge and expertise. I hold Professional Doctoral Certificates and am a proud fellow member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), where I serve as the Chair of the UAE Chapter. I'm also an Associate Member of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) and hold leadership roles in various social organizations.

Over the course of our impressive 29-year journey, Adeeb Group has emerged as a notable success story. Our numerous achievements are a testament to our unwavering dedication, and we remain firmly committed to expanding our organization further. We strategically operate in various locations across the UAE and Seychelles, with seven branches established throughout the Emirates and one branch in Seychelles. This strategic presence enables us to seamlessly deliver our services to both private and public sectors, solidifying our reputation as a dynamic and dependable partner in the region.
