I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement. By transitioning from a person-oriented approach to a more process-oriented framework, I addressed numerous gaps and streamlined operations for greater efficiency. Additionally, I focused on elevating the overall quality of the system,thereby enhancing its effectiveness and contributing to the hospital's growth trajectory.
As the leader, what are the key strategies you instill in caregivers to foster a seamless patientcare experience within your services?
I cultivate a sense of pride among our caregivers, emphasizing the significance of their roles in healthcare, particularly in the realm of cancer treatment, where their efforts contribute to saving lives. Further more, I prioritize the cultivation of empathy among our staff, recognizing its paramount importance in providing compassionate care. Additionally, I have implemented programs to acknowledge and reward exemplary staff members, fostering a culture of recognition and motivation within the team.
