What inspired you to start this venture in the e-learning segment, & what drives you today?
In my early career years, I worked as a Senior Scientist with OrganixInc in Boston, USA, where I was able to scale up my chemistry knowledge. However, the entrepreneurial bug quickly struck me, driving me to launch my first business, Orabase Solutions, which offered end-to-end Salesforce services. I started my
ownfirm while also working as an assistant vice president for Citi Bank. I put in long hours & did my best to meet the needs of both entities.
To follow that, in 2017, I established Xcelo Group Inc, an IT Consulting Service based in Texas. It has had explosive growth over the past few years as a result of providing excellent service to middle-tier market participants. Then the pandemic hit, and I saw the education technology industry experience extra ordinary growth. What concerned me, however, was that the majority of the elite players I encountered were too set in their ways and unwilling to try new things. To combat the stagnation in the industry, I decided to launch tutorac and offer cutting-edge video courses at reasonable pricing.

Once you have the germ of an idea, nothing beats having a well thoughtout business plan to guide your efforts and remind you to prioritize profit over revenue. Having a group of people who are on the same page as you are crucial if you want to lead your company on the right path. If you keep pushing in that direction, you'll soon see a business sprout.
