What are the challenges you have encountered so far and how did you over come those to evolve as a business leader?
As someone who never took outside funding, building a company through a true boot strap mentality is always more difficult than you imagine. I didn't land my first client for months and there were times I doubted my own consensus. As an engineer turned entrepreneur, the transformation has been fulfilling and rewarding. Like any other industrialist in today's ultra competitive business world, the
challenges to manage cash flow, deciding on the services to offer, delegating tasks, managing time, hiring employees with the right aptitude, marketing, capital investment, business growth and other such jargon are never ending. During the process, I understood that I am not the first to struggle and using perseve rance and intelligence as my allies I kept working towards my goals until I succeeded.

Our platform uses state-of-art AI/ML models, which not only recognize objects & provide recommendations but are also used to automate and streamline back office operations like 24/7 customer support simplified reporting, administrative work and forecasting process for stakeholders.

This also enables us to understand customer needs improve workflow based on the requirement and even reengage leads.

Give a brief account of your strategies that transformed Boxigo's entire course of action.
Our principle is to find a family based approach to recruiting, grooming, and maintaining a loyal team. Hence forth, we have grown
from 2 to 20 in a span of 1.5 years this has not only improved retention but has made the company an ever bigger success because the people behind the scenes feel like a valued part of the story. In your journey so far, what achieve ments will you term as milestones and why?
As a business owner, delivering the best design & technology incorporated platform within 4-months from its initial ideation and gradually expanding into multiple service lines and having 60 percentage and higher conversion rate while serving more than 3000+ customers in 1.5 years is the most significant landmark of ours. Meeting several entrepreneurs of various niches and under standing their concern areas and translating it into digital strategies is like a passion converted into a profession for me, which is also one of my chief milestones.

What are your future plans for Boxigo?
Boxigo plans to follow and implement Corporate Relocation Last mile distribution, Smart packaging, and warehouse solutions. Our current emphasis is on pricing and routing algorithm by incorporating superior user experience and highly scalable technology for the relocation industry.
