Let’s hear it from them as they talk about the vision and mission of TreZix Software.

With strong education qualifications from reputed universities, each of the three founders has unmatched experience in various organizations in leadership roles, leveraging which they are looking forward to taking TreZix Software to the next level

Define TreZix Software as an organization.
Haresh: TreZix is a platform that manages endto-end process management for importers and exporters. Here we offer a stream lining of document & data structure, controls, visibility, predictability within an import/export organization and also offer collaboration/integration with their stakeholders to bring ease & rapid growth to their businesses. We also offer compliance to businesses through which they can become more time efficient, process efficient, and profitable. It is an unserved market from process tech perspective and we are leading the pack in terms of bringing the solution on board for importers and exporters.

How do you ensure top-notch customer experience right from your first touch point with your client?
Sunil: From a customer experience perspective, we have ensured that onboarding doesn't take more than a day the product is so self sufficient that once the onboarding is done, all changes required can be done by the customers. Our product comes from the need of the customer and hence we have created the whole experience journey with them where we have kept minimum manual intervention in onboarding and
implementation. Since it is a very short journey with the customer, we have ensured that automation and ease of use are at the top.

Describe your management’s leadership approach.
Haresh: We believe collaborating with the team and working towards building the organization together are the two most critical areas to look after. We leverage our experiences of working in big conglomerates and startups to understand the balance and imbalance between a startup and a corporate culture and bring in the best of talents to innovate together.

Sunil: We try to run the organization in the simplest way leading by example by showcasing to people how things can be done most ethically. We allow a good amount of failure within our organization because we understand that to develop a culture, one needs to get people to think freely. We work shoulder to shoulder with our team, celebrating success and failures.

Shailesh: We believe in an inclusive approach to leadership and encourage our team to work independently at the same time guide them through the right communication to help them move in the right direction.

What are the future market opportunities that you look forward to investing your time to reach your goals?
Sunil: We plan to keep automating, automating, and automating and making life easier for importers and exporters. Apart from India, we have also been to the US, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific and witnessed complexities in their work in terms of the way they process the whole environment manually. So, I believe we have a lot of work to do; once we establish India, we have a big opportunity globally. We are looking forward to two pillars of expansion; one is the global expansion as a SaaS company and the other is ecosystem service integrators as a SaaS company.

What would be your advice for upcoming professionals in the industry?
Shailesh: Professionals must do their work believing that they are doing it for them selves rather than for the company; they must think like entrepreneurs. In the course whatever they achieve would benefit the company as well.
