Making ends meet, he founded B2 Constructions and established himself as a well-versed business leader in the market. The 26-year-old leveraged his skills & potential and worked his way up and became one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the space.

Could you give a brief account of your professional background and experiences? What is the motivation to become an entrepreneur in this space?
I am a civil engineer by education, a batch of 2017. My entrepreneurial venture began straight out of college. I was just around 21 year with a lot of dreams and hopes to make a mark in the sector. What intrigued me the most was people's

association with the buildings. It's a common tendency to have an emotional attachment to buildings. From boasting about the historic architecture and showing off campuses on Insta feeds to feeling sentimental about their own homes, people have special attachments. Moreover, the innovation and growth potential in construction inspired me. It is a flourishing space and I wanted to grow with it in every aspect from commercial to residential and skyscraper buildings.

How would you define B2 Constructions as an organisation and its current position in the market? What are the best aspects that are making it a preferred choice for clients?
B2 Constructions was firm established in the year 2017. In the short span of over five years, we have turned out to be one of the most experienced and respected building and civil construction firms in Tamil Nadu and other states as well. We have been transforming the ideas and visions of our clients into award-winning projects. We build with the intention of exceeding our client's expectations for safety quality, functionality, and aesthetics and deliver finished products that stand the test of time.

Could you tell us about the major factors you take into consideration while suggesting your services and solutions to the clients?
The fundamental factor is the budget needs of the client and meeting their expectations. However, most of our current projects focus on suggesting ecofriendly options, naturally derived materials, and green solutions.

How is the team built and what motivates them the most to ensure client satisfaction?
Today, B2 Constructions is reaching five crore plus business every year but the brand's journey began very small. Since its inception, we have always been pushing for innovation

in the design of products, spaces, and territory. B2 Constructions is recognized for its clever consideration of the environment that we are working in. This respect and this integration are the pillars of our success and are deeply rooted in our hearts. Before proceeding with a project, we perform an immense analysis of sustainability and nature. Despite the long and taxing process, the team takes time to evaluate the surrounding area elements around the building and the project.

Our team is built with most people with immense knowledge from roots of India, Enabling us to create job opportunities for them as well. My team is my motivation and strength driving me to work more.

What are the major projects that you have undertaken till now? How did you overcome the challenges associated with them and what did you learn from them?
We are specialized in institutional and commercial buildings. We recently worked on an innovative school project making it a green building within 45 days in a huge area of 10000+ square feet. With a dextrous team of professionals, we provide sustainable building services to guarantee holistic value creation to clients and environment. The integrated services range includes Market & Strategic planning, Consultancy, Landscape, Planning, Architecture, and more.

The major challenge associated with the projects is ensuring quality materials. The overall logistic supply chain is challenging while considering the time barriers and weather restrictions.
