Narayan Kumar J is the founder and MD of the organization and leveraging his industry expertise, he has been able to break new business frontiers with Sanjay Eco Green Power. His passion to offer the best value for money products and services to the clients has also helped the company to not just create but also maintain an impressive clientele.
In an exclusive interview with CEO INSIGHTS, Narayan talks more about his professional journey and the unique business operations of Sanjay Eco Green Power and its group companies.
Can you talk more about your educational and professional background?
I did my Electrical Engineering from Manipal and started my own company after college which was into the business of selling computer accessories and tools for
electronic design and development. From there we went on to offer Electronics Manufacturing Services to our existing clientele and we started offering this service under the name of Sanjay Technologies. My engineering background has helped me to be well versed in the technical side of our business and this has also ensured that we are able to offer the best products and services for our clients. As the one of the founders of the company, I ensure that I oversee all the different facets of our operations, but my main forte is to formulate and implement sustainable business strategies for the company’s future. As a business leader, I also ensure that we build the right team that is capable and motivated to offer their best for the company.
You have got immense industry expertise and experience. How do you leverage theses skills to come up with successful business strategies for your company?
We are handling multiple business verticals that includes Electronics Manufacturing, Green Energy Generation, Electric Vehicle Charging Operator. I am able to manage all these by ensuring that I guide the employees from the front, create a healthy work environment and by motivating them to improve consistently to develop their performance.
We have also faced a lot of challenges during the initial days of our inception and getting the right people was the hardest thing for us in the beginning but after finding the right personnel, we trained and developed them and gave them the freedom to take small decisions. All
this has helped us to create a team that is consistently trying to learn

We follow a very lean and decentralized business approach and this has helped us to not face the brunt of the adverse impacts caused by the pandemic. This combined with our ability to never compromise in the quality of our offerings regardless of the situation has helped us to deliver all the offerings to our clients promptly even during the pandemic.
How do you update yourself with the latest trends in the industry? Also, what are your future plans?
In the industry that we are operating in, it is crucial to be updated with the latest trends and technologies in order to always stay on top of your game. I use different techniques to keep myself updated with the latest happenings in the industry including visiting related exhibitions, reading magazines and by following the latest news. We have grown 100 percent year on year and we have managed to expand our clientele owing to the quality and transparency of our operations. Currently, we are only in Tamil Nadu but in the future, we are aiming to expand to other states and countries that have immense potential for Green Energy business. Our motto and mission is Green Energy, Green Transportation, and Green Agriculture for a Green planet’. We are already into Green Energy and Green Transportation and soon we will enter the Green Agriculture space to realize our vision of a Green Planet.
