As the Director of the organization, Pallavi also encourages construction industrialists to segregate and process solid waste in an innovative manner rather than dumping it in landfill. What was the idea behind the inception of Paradigm Solutions?
The increasing population and subsequent rise in urbanization and industrialization have made the construction sector boost remarkably, but its adverse environmental effects are progressively becoming challenging. The main challenge being the lack of overall plan for solid waste disposal. Hence, addressing the

challenges and moving towards a sustainable development we established Paradigm Solutions in 2013. It is a leading company in the field of Environ mental Solutions which was created solely with the purpose to keep our planet clean and away from pollution.

Tell us about the unique proposition and the different technologies that Paradigm Solutions offers to its clients.
We at Paradigm Solutions manufacture a wide range of composting machines such as Fully Automatic Composting Machine converts the organic waste into compost in 24 hours and Automatic Continuous Composting Machine, which converts organic waste into compost within 7 days naturally. We manufacture ecoTUBES such as Garbage Chute, Linen Chute, and Debris Chute. These tubes help segregate and manage waste effectively. We have also developed unique BioToilet and Biodigester technology. The BioToilet converts the entire sludge into water and gas. Further more, we have recently introduced Solar Products as ecoSUN associated with a 25-years old leading manufacturer as OEM. Our new edge of organic waste converter and garbage chute provide sustainable, innovative and costeffective solutions for waste problems in various sectors like real estate, commercial establishment, industries and government.
