During my academic life, my friends and teachers, specially my teachers would often says that I’d become businessman some day because I have leadership traits, however I don’t pay much attention to it, as I have other plans which initially includes job to have exposure about the market, but destiny has decided something else for me.
How would you define Kumar Industries as an organization and its position in the market? Whatis the unique proposition that your organization offers to its clients?
A recognized MSME, Kumar Industries is equipped to address the country's future structural needs. The Kumar Group of Industries houses a variety of businesses that serve the demands of the market. Through Kumar Industries we are concentrating on developing India's energy and power sector and infrastructure flourish, delivering steel structures for a better nation. This has been our core motivation for years, which enable us to excel in whatever we are doing.
As a team, we work hard to fulfill the our clients and project requirement, so that we can be the best at whatever we do. Kumar Industries took the initiative and made it possible for everyone to collaborate and develop for the benefit of the future.

At Kumar Industries, we are constantly looking for Indian infrastructure projects where we can deliver steel structures and contribute to the advancement of the country.
In light of your strong experience, what advice would you give to budding leaders in the same industry?
I'd like to tell the young generation that you have the rare opportunity to create a new world that might even be greater than the one we currently live in. It takes guts as well as critical and innovative thinking to build such a world. Have the fortitude to suffer because it frequently leads to a moment of clarity when you are forced to make difficult changes or when you can no longer reject the reality of a situation.
