I use regulatory heat map, which is a dynamic framework that tracks legal and regulatory shifts across jurisdictions, assessing their real business impact. Instead of reacting to every update, I analyze the outcomes, which ensure clarity and prevent unnecessary distraction.

Rather than responding to regulations as they emerge, I emphasize predictive com -pliance. One needs to anticipate shifts by monitoring regulatory trends, enforce -ment patterns, and government behavior and aligning business strategies accordingly. This becomes crucial in high-regulation industries like financeand infrastructure. Internally, I act as a filter, distilling what matters and
delivering clear, actionable guidance. Compliance is not just about avoiding penalties, it is about fostering resilience and enabling confident, forward-thinking leadership.

What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow as a leader?

Leadership, to me, is both a privilege and a responsibility shaped by observation, experience, and reflection. Working alongside inspiring leaders, I have learned what great leadership looks like and what to avoid, helping me define my own approach. I believe true leadership creates an environment where individuals feel empowered to take ownership, be accountable, and grow beyond their titles.

By leveraging AI and advanced analytics, we filter vast amounts of information, detecting trends early and gaining predictive insights.

This enables a shift from reactive compliance to proactive strategy, strengthening our competitive edge. Within my team, we analyze key developments together, sharpening collective understanding and ensuring business-wide alignment. Some of the most valuable insights come from junior colleagues who bring fresh perspectives. Recognizing that innovation can emerge at any level, I integrate diverse viewpoints with experience, driving future readiness forthe organization. This balance keeps us ahead in an evolving environment.
What is the future destination you are heading towards?

I aspire to become a Group General Counsel, a role that extends beyond legal strategy to shaping business decisions and driving transformation through ethics and compliance. Moving forward, I aim to grow in impact, not just title, mentoring future leaders and fostering a culture of empowerment. The role of the General Counsel is evolving, influencing strategy and purpose-driven decisions. My goal is to lead with integrity, continuously learn, and build legal frame works that enable businesses to move with confidence and foresight.

Based on your extensive experience in the industry, what advice would you give aspiring leaders in the field?

Leadership is not something you grow into, it is something you build with intention, self-awareness, and a mindset that extends beyond immediate tasks. It is not a destination but a continuous evolution. While law is your foundation, under -standing business dynamics, industry shifts, and human behavior will set you apart. Learn to translate risks into actionable insights, balancing precision with pragmatism. Be politically intelligent but ethically rooted. Interpreting power structures and conflicting interests is as crucial as interpreting statutes.

A strong ethical core ensures you’re respected professionally and trusted personally. Influence stems from being solutions-oriented rather than reactive. Thoughtful strategy often outweighs immediate con - frontation. Great leaders multiply talent, creating space for others to grow.
