Addressing these challenges and understanding the need to develop advanced strategies, Sameer Nehra, CEO, Immuno Diagnostics, joined his family venture. With his strong IT experience, he tries to implement cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence to bring more productivity and efficiency to each process. Healthcare is also going through a cost crisis which is impacting all the stakeholders in the long chain. To eradicate this hurdle, Sameer aims to provide services and offerings that add to the quality of life at a fair price. He gives credence of his successful journey to Jim Rohn as he once said, "If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary". This philosophy always motivated him to provide out of the ordinary services to his clients. Let's hear it from him.

Take us through your professional journey. What inspired you to venture into the Health care industry? I have spent my educational journey in Ghaziabad where I have MCA Degree in Computer Science from H.R.I.T and then later on I pursued MBA from Institute of Management Technology. Prior to joining MBA degree, I have worked with Citizen Media, as their Software Test

Engineer and I have also worked with Times Internet as the Senior Officer of the company. After gaining a few professional experiences in the IT industry I joined my family business, i.e., Immuno Diagnostics as the CEO of the organization. Working in the Healthcare sector allows one to develop a desire to help the entire community and positively affect their lives. This vision inspired me to venture into the Healthcare industry.

How would you define Immuno Diagnostics as an organization and what is its position in the market?
Established in 1999, Immuno Diagnostics today is the largest and most respected diagnostic service provider in Northern India. It has a proven track record of more than one decade of strict adherence to international standards and benchmarks. It offers a wide range of tests and has a good presence in all important cities and towns of India. Immuno Diagnostics has a state-of-the-art laboratory which serves over 12 lakh customers every year.

What is unique about your organization that makes it different from others in the market?
Immuno Diagnostics is a clinical chemistry laboratory with a focus on providing quality results at affordable costs to clients. We assist our clients to reach out to the best laboratories, doctors, and hospitals from across the country. Our Centralized Processing Laboratory consists of 6,000 sq. ft of track automation system that has a capacity to process over 6,000 plus patients in a day.

As the CEO of the company what is the vision that you follow? How is Immuno Diagnostics coping up with the latest technological trends in the Healthcare Industry?
The patient comes first in everything we do. Our vision is to provide

quality, error free and on time services to our customers. We do that by dedicating ourselves to the relentless pursuit of excellence in the services we provide. We constantly seek innovative ways to enhance patient care and provide value to our customers. We support the creativity, courage and persistence that transform information into knowledge, and knowledge into insights. We seek continuous advancement through the adaptation of existing technology as well as through implementing the advanced technologies in our organization.

What are the changes in market behavior that you anticipate and what are the opportunities that you foresee? What are your future goals for Immuno Diagnostics?
Pandemic has impacted all virtual aspects of the Healthcare industry. It has increased the demand for online purchasing of medical facilities. This sudden change requires us to go beyond traditional methods and I am ready to install and implement every latest technology into my company to keep it ahead in the market. My goal is to invest a lot more financially and spread our services across India. Within five years, I plan to develop an IPO model within the company. I have an excellent hardworking team who works efficiently for the growth of the company.
