Give a brief account of your professional journey.
My professional journey began around nine years ago when I cofounded a company with a primary focus on energy, environment, and sustainability. Currently, I hold the positions of CTO, Director, and CEO at Global Energy and Environmental Engineering Services in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. Before starting this venture, I gained experience working on various projects in Qatar, Malaysia, and India. During my time in India, I worked on clean energy projects across the country, including wind power, solar energy, hydroelectricity, waste-to-energy conversion, and more. This initial experience lasted about four and a half years before I decided to start my own entrepreneurial journey. Through my travels in India, I realized the importance of addressing environmental concerns and resource utilization in a professional context rather than relying solely on voluntary activities.
I believe hat environmental sustainability should be treated as a vital aspect of businesses. This perspective has guided me throughout my nine-year journey, which has taken me through India, Qatar, Malaysia, and now the UAE. In total, I have gained around 14 to 15 years of experience in the fields of environment, energy, sustainability, and waste management.

Our expertise includes policy procedures, advisory work for governments, and implementation of sustainability, environmental, and waste management requirements for industries. We also oversee sustainability initiatives and assist developers in meeting their desired ratings and targets. How do you foster a learning culture in your team? How do you guide them to draw valuable insights from the market to ensure the company stays informed about the trends/market fluctuations?
At our company, we prioritize building a strong culture by recruiting candidates who share our commitment to sustain ability. We provide training and assess the abilities and interests of new graduates during their first six months. We also welcome experienced professionals to help us expand and generate leads. At GE3S, our aspiration is to establish ourselves as a leading authority in global sustainability, diligently evaluating and verifying sustain ability standards. Our technological prowess reinforces our position in this regard. Moreover, we are actively developing exclusive tools and ratings that will benefit the entire industry. Additionally, we have exciting projects underway, particularly in the electric vehicle and energy sectors, that will augment our market influence. While specific details will be shared later, our vision for GTS encompasses becoming a global thought leader and potentially listing our company on prestigious stock exchanges such as Abu Dhabi, India, New York, or London.
