His journey began with the Kuttukaran Group, one of India’s most respected multi-brand automotive retail houses. The early exposure to diversified dealership operations provided him with a strong understanding of customer behaviour, retail dynamics, and operational complexity. In 2004, he transitioned to the Mahindra Group, a move that shaped nearly 20 years of his professional trajectory.
At Mahindra First Choice Wheels, he led national initiatives across Super Store Operations, Channel Expansion,
Procurement through the Exchange Business, and Franchise and Network Development. His most notable contribution was the creation of a technology-driven model for vehicle exchange across OEMs, known as the CPT Business. This initiative became one of the organization’s most scalable successes and was recognised as a finalist for the prestigious Mahindra Innovation Awards.
