We place higher importance on free flow of information with open and honest communicational channels at every level. Effective planning and time management are the two key principles I adhere to as a leader while looking after our offices in Dubai, DRC, India, Mauritius, and Tanzania. By utilizing digital tools and prioritizing tasks, I ensure that meetings are well organized, productive, and successful, regard less of their locations.
In mining, what new technologies excite you the most for the future? How are you addressing the skill gap to ensure your team can adopt and work with these advanced techno- logies?
The emerging technologies that are revolu-tionizing the future of mining such as Automation Equipment, ERP software, Sustainable and Green Technologies, and Smart Sensors excite me as a new age leader. They make mining safer, more sustainable, and cost effective in the long run and carry the potential to enhance operational efficiency.
While hiring our workforce, we emphasize on building a diverse talent pool that includes engineers, skilled professionals and CAs for finance and audit roles. For the continuous growth of our team, and help them to stay ahead of industry trends, we offer an extensive in-house training and development programs.
