Vamsi Krishna
Founder & CEO
This spirit is reflected in the journey of Vamsi Krishna, Founder and CEO of VX Software Solutions, a Hyderabad-based product startup shaped by industry under standing and hands-on technical expertise.
Vamsi began his career as a QA engineer in 2020, building a strong foundation in software quality, testing standards, and delivery discipline.
He later spent over three years at Amazon, an experience that strengthened his execution mindset and exposed him to large-scale systems and operational excellence.
Alongside his corporate journey, he conti -nuously self-learned system architecture and scalability, gradually evolving from a quality specialist into a product-focused technologist.
In September 2024, Vamsi founded VX Software Solutions with a clear vision to create impactful digital products.
Its flagship solution, VRemind, launched for the 2025–26 academic year and expanded to 10 institutional clients with over 10,000 users within six months.
Looking ahead, Vamsi sees education and healthcare as the most sustainable and high-impact sectors for long-term innovation.
As an alumnus of REVA University, what were your most transformative learning experiences during your academic years?
My learning experience at REVA University was somewhat unconventional. Throughout my academic years, I concentrated primarily on academic metrics and securing a stable job that could accelerate my career growth.
Although the university offered several opportunities for experiential and social learning, I did not explore them extensively.
Instead, I devoted most of my time to evaluating future career paths, engaging with seniors to understand industry expectations, and researching job oppor -tunities after graduation.
This approach enabled me to align my academic focus with long-term professional objectives.
What does VX Software Solutions do and what is your role as the Founder and CEO?
From the outset, my long-term ambition was clear: to build a product-driven company of my own.
In 2024, I recognized a noticeable gap in both the Indian
and global markets, which became the catalyst for developing our first product, VRemind, a school management Software platform.
Instead of concentrating solely on tier-one cities, our mission was to deliver the same standard of educational technology, administrative systems, and communication tools to tier-three and tier-four cities, where such solutions are often limited.
The name VX Software Solutions was designed to symbolize adaptability and scale. In the current year, we are expanding our product ecosystem with VSync, a tax and business services platform, along with VEXA, an AI-powered assistant, and several additional products in the pipeline.
VSync integrates multiple business functions including productivity monitoring, HR workflows, attendance management, quality tracking, release coordination, and analytical reporting into a unified environment.
The platform is primarily tailored for startups and service-oriented organizations seeking opera- tional clarity, streamlined processes, and efficiency within a single digital ecosystem.
Headquartered in Hyderabad, the company also continues to deliver customized IT solutions alongside its growing product portfolio.
How did your QA and Amazon experience shape VRemind? How did you build VRemind to be a standout product in the market?
My background in quality assurance laid the foundation for understanding testing frame works, process accuracy, and professional discipline. In contrast, skills such as architecture design, scalability planning, and product engineering were primarily developed through continuous self-learning and independent exploration.
My time at Amazon contributed significantly to my professional growth by strengthening habits around time management, structured execution, and productivity optimization principles that now influence the way I lead and operate my company even more than technical architecture itself.
Although the market offers numerous school management solutions, VRemind distinguishes itself through high processing speed, a user-friendly interface, and operational simplicity. Features such as automatic role mapping eliminate the need for manual configuration and substantially reduce admini- strative workload.
Our development approach has consistently focused on minimizing repetitive data entry, delivering 24×7 customer support, and introducing practical innovations like the Class Tree structure and mobile app-based bus tracking that functions without additional IoT hardware.
Looking ahead, our AI assistant VEXA is envisioned to further streamline school operations by enabling attendance management, marks entry, and report generation through simple voice or chat interactions.

How does your AI product improve productivity while keeping data secure?
We adhere to recognized ISO and IP-aligned compliance practices to assure our clients that their data remains secure, confidential, and responsibly handled. Our data collection philosophy is minimal by design; we gather only essential details such as the organization’s name and primary administrator information while operational and transactional data continues to reside within the client’s own environment.
AI-driven assistants are increasingly transforming how organizations manage productivity and time efficiency. For instance, our productivity platform VSync is built to automatically capture performance metrics, quality indicators, and activity logs without relying on manual spreadsheets or repetitive reporting. By automating these routine processes, businesses gain clearer visibility into operations while freeing teams to focus on higher-value work.
What do you look forward to in your professional journey ahead?
Looking ahead, my primary focus is on scaling innovation at VX Software Solutions as a product driven organization. Following the strong adoption of VRemind, we are strategically expanding our portfolio with platforms such as VSync, VEXA, and dedicated tax and business service solutions.
Beyond simply launching new offerings, my longterm vision is to cultivate a comprehensive technology ecosystem one that addresses real-world challenges, empowers organizations with intelligent tools and delivers sustainable, meaningful impact in the years to come.
