The Atharva Veda says, “Karam Hi Pooja Hai (Duty is God; Work is Worship).” For some, this meant the 9 to 5 job; became their duty, even a place of worship. However, some exceptional minds chose not to walk the straight path. Instead, they set out to find their duty and place for worship. Your work might claim first place in your list of duties. However, for obvious reasons, you might have noticed (once you popped your head up from the cubicle) that the world around you is changing. People switch their jobs more often, economics is enmeshed with social issues, and employees want to be respected for their interests, skills, and values - not just for what they produce. Vikram and Virender Tanwar ventured out to do more with their lives. Hailing from a humble background of farmers and defence, from a village called Tigrana in Distt Bhiwani of Haryana, the Vikram and Virender, during their college years, were prepared to lead a professional life with a 9 to 5 job, relaxing weekends. Few years into the dreamt of life, the duo saw the need to revamp their lives. They realized that life as they knew it has much to offer beyond job security.

Top 10 Leaders in Real Estate - 2021
In the global market and business, the real estate sector is one of the most recognized sectors which has four sub-sectors housing, retail, hospitality and commercial. The growth of the real estate sector is well supported by the upliftment of the corporate environment and the rise in need for office space. Increasing corporate offices also create the need for urban and semi-urban accommodations. Because of the rise in demand for accommodations for urban, and semi-urban areas, and office spaces, it is projected that by 2040, real estate market will grow to Rs. 65,000 crore (~US$ 9.30 billion) from Rs. 12,000 crore (~US$ 1.72 billion) in 2019. The Indian real estate sector is also expected to reach a market size of US$ 1 trillion by 2030 from US$ 120 billion in 2017, contributing 13 percent to the GDP of the country by 2025.
The sectors such as retail, hospitality, and commercial real estate are also booming which is creating an infrastructure need in India. The Economic Times Housing Finance Summit, per year 1,000 people get three houses. The requisite construction rate per year of 1,000 people is however five houses, which estimates around 10 million units shortage in urban area housing. By 2030, an additional 25 million affordable units are needed by India's urban population.
