Crosscode Welcomed Miles Everson to its Board of Directors

Crosscode Inc, an enterprise software development company welcomed Miles Everson to its Board of Directors. Miles who formerly served PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP for 32 long years as Global Advisory and Consulting Leader will function as chair of Crosscode's audit committee. “We are honored to have a professional of Miles' stature on our board of directors. After starting his career in the Assurance practice, Miles jumped to the PWC's Advisory practice and took on Canadian, U.S. Asia Pacific, and Global business leadership roles, including several financial services leadership roles before acquiring US vice chairman and advisory leader.This enthusiastic leader had not just undertaken international leadership roles along with the newly-created role of Asia Pacific Americas Advisory and Consulting Leader Miles in 2013 but also acquired the role of Global Advisory and Consulting CEO in 2015.

The scope of his role & responsibilities included consulting, deals, and forensic services, managing over 60,000 professionals and serving clients in almost 150+ countries wherein he has served PWC's and its prestigious clients on various Firm leadership committees.
