Since its acquisition by Roark Capital in 2015, the company has successfully close 35 acquisitions, and aspires increasing the brands' footprint to over 3,250 locations across the US.

Driven Brands, one of US’ largest automotive services company, successfully acquires of Fix Auto USA (FUSA) and Auto Center Auto Body, Inc. (ACAB). Through this acquisition, the company will now add 150 franchised and ten company collision repair locations to its Paint, Collision and Glass segment, which includes CARSTAR, Maaco, ABRA and Uniban brands.

This new move by Driven Brands will further strengthen its position in the collision repair space, leveraging its great franchisees, insurance carrier relationships, proven leadership, and recognized operational platforms.
Also, post this acquisition, Michael Macaluso, Group President - Paint, Collision & Glass will oversee FUSA and ACAB, and Paul Gange, President & CEO of Fix Auto USA, will join Driven Brands’ team and remain as President of FUSA, managing the franchise business. Erick and Shelly Bickett, the owners of Auto Center Auto Body, will also join Driven Brands as operating partners for the company-owned ACAB locations.
