Havas Media Names New Managing Director Of Havas Media India And Havas Play

Havas Media Group India, the specialized media division of Havas India has announced the elevation of two of its senior leaders. Uday Mohan, previously President and Chief Client Officer, has been promoted as Managing Director of Havas Media India, while R. Venkatasubramanian has been elevated to the position of Managing Director of Havas Play in addition to his current role as President – Investments at Havas Media India. They will report to Mohit Joshi, CEO, Havas Media Group India.

In his new role as Managing Director, Uday Mohan will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and growth of Havas Media India. With over 20 years of experience in the media industry, Uday has been a key contributor to the success of Havas Media India, having played a pivotal role in the agency's growth over a period of 15+ years. Under his leadership, the agency has won several prestigious accounts, and has been recognized for its meaningful and innovative campaigns.

R. Venkatasubramanian has been with Havas Media India for over a decade, combining his two stints with the agency. He will now be serving a dual role: as President – Investments at Havas Media India, and Managing Director, Havas Play wherein he will be responsible for the growth of Havas Play in India in addition to driving the agency’s media investments and partnerships.
