EdTech startup Little Leap raises seed round of funding led by Mohit Satyanand along with other investors from ah! Ventures Angel Platform. This is ah! Ventures’ 64th investment taking its total investment portfolio to INR 191 Cr with 10 exits till date.

Little Leap helps children learn soft skills, life skills, leadership skills and creativity in a way they want to learn - byte sized content offered in gamified group sessions, engaging and playful interaction with children of similar age and skill level, participative activities to induce skill development and age-appropriate personalized content through a mobile app with complete schedule flexibility for parents.

Little Leap’s vision is to democratize top quality all-round development through an outcome driven, research backed holistic development curriculum with detailed micro skills assessment and progress tracking designed by an in-house team of expert child psychologists and counselors.

“With Little Leap, we aim to empower students to become well-rounded individuals with high levels of emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, social warmth, grit, curiosity and creative thinking. We hope that as students become confident and comfortable in their own skin, they can become smart leaders and change-makers of the future.

Little Leap aims to use these funds to help more and more children build foundational skills at an early age which ripples strongly in their future development.

The laughter and smile children give us in our sessions is something we hold very close to our heart and nothing matches the satisfaction of seeing children explore and learn real world skills”, said Vishal Gupta, Founder, Little Leap.

In just 6 months since launch, Little Leap has created a comprehensive and a field-tested holistic development curriculum which is helping children show visible measurable progress in their skill levels resulting in 100% parent satisfaction and unprecedented industry leading repeat rates.

“We believe non-academic skills are equally important for shaping children’s personality, which shall help them evolve into successful individuals and better human beings. A platform such as Little Leap evangelises this and we are confident with their new age approach coupled with the founders’ passion will go a long way in adding value to this ever growing segment.” – said Amit Kumar, Partner, ah! Ventures.

Little Leap aims to use these funds to help more and more children build foundational skills at an early age which ripples strongly in their future development. They will also be expanding their team, hiring more child experts, enhancing their product and technology to build a portfolio of innovative features to be launched subsequently. They intend to raise another funding round in 4-6 months.
