Currently, I've been serving as the Managing Director of Incygys Automation since June 2016, actively influencing the company's strategies and operations for the past 7 years and 6 months. Additionally, I have held the position of Managing Director at Incygys Global Consulting since June 2016, contributing to the company's global consultancy services for the past 7 years and 6 months. As a Board Member at Consummate Technologies, a key partner of Salesforce, Microsoft, Ramco, SAP, Oracle, and AWS, I've played a governance role for 7 years and 4 months. In my stint as Head of HR and Operations at Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) from Jan 2009 to Apr 2012, the company underwent a transformative phase, culminating in its acquisition by Tek Systems Global Services. In the earlier stages of my career, I held pivotal roles like Head of Strategic Resourcing at IBM and Head of Talent Management at Oracle.
