Scinntc Supply Chain Solutions is a pioneering business organization that has been delivering top-notch services to their clients from different industry verticals. SCINNTC is a joint venture with NTC Logistics , a company which is a brain child of Chandramohan, Raajasundaram & Balaji with an objective to create a logistics solution which delivers a “better tomorrow”. Beginning their journey from humble backgrounds, the company identified emerging markets, evolved allied products beyond straight forward logistics namely returnable packing, and automated guided vehicles to complement them in this journey. This combination enabled Scinntc Supply Chain Solutions to create their unique product mix and solutions for emerging markets. During his professional journey Anand Murthy Vertical Head / Auto & Engineering, Arti Vazirani – Vertical Head / Omni Channel & Chemical, and DR. Suresh Dhamodharan Vertical Head / Agro Logistics joined him and these four people have become the primary catalyst behind the success of SCINNTC Supply Chain Solutions.
Balaji. V is the Co-founder and CEO of the organization and he spearheads the business operations of the company and in an exclusive interview with CEO Insights, he talks more about his professional journey and the unique business operations of SCINNTC Supply Chain Solutions.
Give us brief details about your educational and professional background. Also, how do you leverage those learning to lead your organization?
I am a Logistics professional with over two decades of experience across various functions & roles across industry verticals. I am an engineer with specialization in Business management and I have also done a certificate program on Supply chain management. This enabled me to align the operating process and gain financial acumen along with logical reasoning and thereby delivering significant value
in every task that was taken up by me from the 1st assignment till today as an entrepreneur. I am a dynamic results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in turnaround and high-paced organizations. I utilize keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. I also have superior interpersonal skills,capable of resolving multiple and complex (sales, human resources, legal, financial, operational) issues and motivating staff to peak performance. I have worked in all facets of the value chain across industry segments such as VMI based manufacturing, High value logistics, and FMCG giving me a holistic experience about the industry.
Tell us about the journey so far at SCINNTC Supply Chain Solutions. What are the challenges that you encountered in the early days of your entrepreneurial journey and how did overcome those to evolve as a business leader?
Scinntc has a JV with NTC group a group which is been in business of logistics, cross border supply chain for over 20 years. NTC is market leaders in Project logistics, renewable logistics and transportation. The journey of SCINNTC did not face with much of startup hiccup largely due to this JV. We got a head start by leveraging the engagement of NTC group. SCINNTC is a technology oriented supply chain for both customer and industry. I believe that current challenges, concerns and fragmented approach means working in SILO’s. SCINNTC positioning and objective to build a system for our customers to meet their future demands.
That is why our tag line clearly states “Supply Chain Synchronized”.

SCINNTC Supply Chain Solutions provides a responsive and flexible logistics solutions for various industry sectors namely Auto OEM, Auto Ancillary, Chemical, OMNI Channel, FMCG/D &Agro through timely information sharing, shortening the total cycle time, coordinating the workflow, implementing good decision support systems, reducing lead times, integrating information about operations, reducing redundant echelons, and creating flexible capacity. In parallel, SCINNTC’s new ICT tools facilitate more advanced information exchange and collaboration with stake holders to improve its responsiveness.

People are an integral part of organization growth We run a program called “empowered organization delivers enhanced value” we run communique and interview with people and showcase them in social media. We believe that organization is best built with a collaborative approach and we believe in “Connect Collaborate Cocreate” an ecosystem that delivers a stable, sustainable, scalable logistics solution/services which delivers every time. For us, work culture in the organization is based on skill upgrading of all the stakeholders including people working on the floor and all employees undergo training, skill development, Safety training apart from learning culture on YOGA and well being of the family.
In your journey so far, which are the milestones that bestowed you with utmost satisfaction both as an individual and a Co-Founder and CEO? Also, what are the future plans of the company?
We have won a number of awards and recognitions within a short span of the company’s formation including CII Scale award Seamless supply chain company of the year 2020, Economic Times ET award 2019 emerging supply chain company of the year, Partnership excellence award from one of the Industry Major Chemical company, and Excellence in partnership award from one of the Auto majors.
Going forward, we are constantly using and upgrading to the latest technology for our day-to-day operations. We have different warehouses for all kind of products to store, send and ioperate. Those are Chemical, Ecom, Auto majors, Agro based, and returnable packages.
we would expand our carbon credits by use of our solutions.returnable packaging solution for FMCG, Chemical to name a few. With all this, we will facilitate customers to gain carbon credits by
use of our solutions.
