The impact of his leadership reverberates far & wide, propelling the ceramics sector to unprecedented levels of growth & innovation

What is your anticipation about the future outlook of the market?
The market conditions, along with government support and positive sentiments towards the tile industry, are favorable. The real estate sector is witnessing the initiation of numerous new projects, including both affordable and luxury apartments. The government's focus on infrastructure development, affordable housing, and rapid urbanization will continue to drive the demand for tiles.

As the general elections approach in 2024, I anticipate increased funding and higher budgets allocated by both the Central and State Governments for sectors such as airports, hospitals, educational institutions, smart cities, smart villages, and the renovation of government properties. These developments will further bolster the demand for tiles.

India's ongoing missions to provide housing for all, toilets for all, and improved healthcare will also contribute to increased tile consumption. While some of the world's largest economies, such as the USA and the UK, are experiencing concerns of recession due to tight monetary policies, India's economy remains stable and favorable. Additionally, the stability of gas prices, a major component of our production costs, adds to the
positive outlook. Furthermore, according to IMF analysis, India is projected to be a standout performer with resilient domestic demand, further enhancing the prospects for the Indian tile industry. Considering these factors, I foresee a bright future for the Indian tile industry.

What are the factors you look into to ensure smooth running of business operations?
To ensure smooth business operations, I focus on monitoring top-line and bottom-line performance, optimizing sales, pricing and cost management. Additionally, I prioritize efficient plant functioning, maintain a reliable supply chain, and invest in team development. Attention is given to the distribution network, sales, marketing strategies, brand visibility, and market trends. Lastly, I emphasize innovation, exploring new applications and products to meet evolving customer needs and stay competitive. These factors contribute to the seamless running of business operations.

What is your future roadmap?
Firstly, I aim to define clear long-term goals for my business, exploring new markets, territories, products, and innovative policies to elevate my organization to new heights. Secondly, understanding my company's long-term vision and aligning my professional goals with its strategic objectives will be a priority. Additionally, breaking down the roadmap into specific milestones, both personal and professional, will ensure career success. Being flexible and adaptable to overcome challenges is crucial in a dynamic world. I am open to feedback, both positive and negative, to make necessary corrections and seek support when needed to stay on track and achieve set goals for the success of my team and business.
