Brief us about your professional back ground and experiences.
I started out as a copywriter several decades ago. I have worked as a Creative Director at Leo Burnett, JWT, and other agencies in India and Singapore. In 2010, I ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing my own product design and custom manufacturing studio. This led me to collaborate with the most prestigious names in luxury hospitality. We also built India’s first e-Commerce platform for ‘slow fashion’, show casing independent designers from around the world.
Following a successful exit from my entrepreneurial venture in 2014, I found a challenging role at Reliance Industries drive brand innovation & retail experience for Jio.

After the ground breaking launch of Jio, I joined hands with advertising guru, KV Sridhar ‘Pops’ and helped him build Hyper Collective, a collaborative digital innovation studio. This journey reached a significant milestone in 2020 when Hyper Collective became part of Nihilent a global tech innovation consultancy.

I have since then continued with Nihilent as their Chief Innovation Officer.
