Tell us about your professional background and experiences. What inspired you to take up the role of MD at Assure Clinic?
Post completion of my MD in Dermatology, I delved into the realm of Aesthetics, working tirelessly on patients seeking holistic solutions to their skin and hair concerns with the utmost care and skill. I laid my emphasis primarily on the finest practices of dermatological procedures, with essential innovations incorporated each time they were performed. To date, I have executed and treated over 20000 patients with severe skin and hairloss concerns.
Well, the inspiration of taking up a leadership role came up due to various reasons. As a surgeon, I wanted to practice dermatological procedures in an innovative way while also creating values by building a potential brand spread across our country and now even abroad in an organized manner. Since our contribution as a superbrand in our country in the department of Dermatology has yet to be concluded, unlike in other European countries, creating values became of utmost importance for ailing patients across our nation.
Hence combining hard work, skill and innovation, I have created a strong team of medical professionals who are now able to execute the best deliveries from the house of Assure.
What is the impact you have been making in your current role? What would you say is the uniqueness in your style of leadership?
The impact often is considered to be the final outcome delivered to patients with their utmost satisfaction rendered. Our team of medicos and patients have created a bond with each other understanding the concerns, the line of treatments, and experiencing remedies and cures. Our medicos and patients alike feel motivated when in our clinic premises with great support function all around.
In general, I believe that contribution to support functions is a crucial aspect of leadership roles. I'll be with the patients personally, spending more time understanding their issues and discussing them with our team of medicos on the line of treatments. Showing the way towards success in aesthetic deliveries and bringing smiles to our patients' faces is the mission.

The goals are to deliver the best practices of Dermatology & regenerative medicines with constant innovation in our methodologies and approach toward the medical Aesthetic needs. To deliver the same, we are currently running 13 upscale clinics across the nation and looking to add another 12 clinics in India with international clinics in the GCC countries commencing from October 2022.
What advice would you provide to aspiring leaders in the same field based on your strong professional experience?
Practice Dermatology with a holistic approach and contribute towards innovations based on the current requirement of the patients and regenerative medicines. Contribute towards making the practices more organized geographically & demographically.
