Explain how your past experiences have helped you deliver strategic insights, enabling you to maintain the company's strong position.

Whenever you embark on a new journey, especially in entrepreneurship, the lessons and experiences from earlier phases of your career provide invaluable insights. Having been involved in every aspect of the business allows you to understand the nuances of what needs to be done and how to move forward. This hands-on experience is crucial because it empowers you to guide your team effecti-vely, making sure they understand not just the
‘what’ but also the ‘how’ of accomp -lishing tasks.

Moreover, learning from the market and integrating that knowledge with your own experience is key. Combining experience with technology, building a strong team, and mentoring them toward a common goal has proven to be a highly effective strategy. This approach has helped us achieve positive results year after year, strengthening our market position.

How do you maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, and how does your experience shape your approach? What key areas do you focus on when training your team?

It's less about traditional mentoring and more about implementing effective strategies that encourage the team to align with company goals. In my experience, the key to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction lies in clear, consistent communication. We emphasize open dialogue within the team, encouraging everyone to share customer feedback, discuss challenges, and relay market insights. This transparency ensures that the team stays on the same page regarding both customer expectations and the company’s goals.

Setting clear goals is another critical component. When everyone understands the company’s objectives such as achieving specific customer satisfaction targets or addressing emerging challenges, there’s a collective effort to move in that direction. Regular feedback is also essential to ensure that the team stays on track. Without it, it's difficult to gauge progress or understand where improvements are needed.

Finally, creating a positive work environment is crucial. A happy and motivated team naturally delivers better results. When employees feel valued and supported, they are more likely to perform at their best, which in turn leads to higher levels of customer satisfaction.

How do you ensure that the company remains a reliable business partner, and what aspects do you focus on from your leadership perspective to maintain this trust?

Maintaining trust as a business partner requires a focus on transparency, integrity, and collaboration. Clear and honest
communication is essential for building strong relationships with suppliers and buyers. I believe that upholding ethical standards fosters trust, and it’s important to always act with integrity. Collaboration is key, and working together with partners to leverage each other’s strengths creates shared success. Flexibility and adapt-ability also play a crucial role, as being able to adjust to changing circumstances helps maintain longterm partnerships. Lastly, regular feedback ensures we’re always aligned with our partners’ needs and expectations. By consistently applying these principles, we’ve been able to build reliable, lasting partnerships.

Can you share the kinds of environmental and social practices the company follows?

We focus on small but impactful practices that contribute to sustainability and social responsibility. For example, we plant a tree for every staff member's birthday as part of our environmental commitment. We also ensure that all our office materials are eco-friendly, such as using recyclable food containers. In addition, we actively participate in local social drives like cleanliness campaigns and donate to education and community welfare programs. These efforts, though simple, reflect our ongoing commitment to both the environment and society.

Where do you see yourself in the long term in your professional journey? What are your goals and aspirations moving forward?

I see myself focused on continuous learning, staying ahead of emerging trends, and sharing that knowledge with others. I’m passionate about mentoring and guiding the next generation of leaders, helping them develop professionally and personally. Additionally, I aim to maintain a balance between my professional ambitions and personal growth, ensuring a fulfilling and well-rounded life.
