You have more than twenty-three years of experience. Can you share how you’ve achieved success and what your guiding principle is?

As CTO, safeguarding data security and privacy from external attacks is a top priority. I implement a multi- layered approach to cybersecurity, focusing on proactive and reactive strategies to protect sensitive information. We regularly update our security measures to counter emerging threats. Next, I prioritize employee training and awareness, recognizing that human error is often a significant vulnerability in data breaches. I promote a security-conscious culture where employees receive regular training on best practices, including recognizing phishing attempts and effective password management. Addi- tionally, I advocate for routine security audits and penetration testing to uncover and address potential vulner- abilities before they can be exploited, ensuring our defenses remain ahead of attackers.
Data encryption, both at rest and in transit, is vital, and we implement role-based access controls to limit data access to only those who need it, reducing the overall attack surface.
