Professionally, I boast a robust background in IT software engineering, holding degrees from esteemed institutions like BE-IT from TKIET, Shivaji University, MS-AIML from Liverpool John Moores University, UK and PGPX in Management from UCLA University, USA. With over 15 years of experience, I have led diverse IT projects, spanning SAP ERP System developments, Web and Mobile Applications, Data Analytics, ISO QMS-tracking automated reporting solutions, Website design and developments, SEO Optimization and Tracking systems, Website database management systems and Social Media Platform management systems, showcasing my versatility.
My motivation stems from a trio of principles: prioritizing problem-solving through positive affirmations, maintaining healthy habits for physical and mental well-being, and harbouring a fervent drive to innovate and elevate my organization through cutting-edge digital solutions. These guiding forces underpin my daily routines, propelling me towards sustained excellence and growth.

Enrolling in the postgraduate diploma program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
(PGD AIML) at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIITB) fulfilled my long-standing aspiration. The faculty's expertise and teaching methods were exemplary, providing a deep understanding of complex concepts. The collaboration with UPGRAD, the online learning platform, enhanced the educational experience with immersive resources. IIITB's preparatory courses in Python programming and mathematical fundamentals laid a robust foundation for the AIML curriculum.
Additionally, the online platform faci-litated doubt-clearing sessions, and industry interactions, and provided mentorship, fostering academic growth. The rigorous coursework, stringent exams and assignment assessments instilled discipline and motivation. Overall, IIITB's comprehensive approach enriched my understanding of AIML principles and techniques.

Amidst the digital transformation accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, there's a growing
recognition of the importance of embracing digital solutions. To stay ahead, I pursued postgraduate studies in AI and ML in 2020. At HIMEDIA Laboratories, I've led various digital transformation projects, including the SAP ERP system-based material-man-agement portal, HIGENOMB sequencing-services lab portal, HIGENOMB primer and probe design application and Automated reporting solutions. We're also implementing AIML digital solutions. We have developed a niche and generic HIGENOMB Forensic- ID DNA Quantification Software, validated at Forensic Science Lab, Chennai. Leveraging technology, we've developed a Soil Testing Application for agriculture and a NPK crop nutrients and Organic recommender system for our sister concern, Warkem Biotech, empowering farmers with comprehensive soil health reports and organic solutions. These initiatives underscore our commitment to adopting and innovating with the latest digital technologies to drive growth and meet evolving market demands.

My advice to aspiring leaders is to prioritize continual learning and skill development. However, it's crucial to understand that skill acquisition isn't just about putting 100 percent effort into learning new abilities; instead, having the right mindset accounts for approxi-mately 80 percent of the success, while only 10-20 percent comes down to actually enhancing your skills. Without the proper mindset, attaining excellence or mastering a new skill becomes a significantly tougher challenge. It's this blend of 80 percent mindset and 20 percent skill improvement that truly makes a difference in achieving success. This balance is essential in navigating the competitive landscape of the market.
