How would you define People Education as an organization and its position in the market? Enlighten us with the underlying idea behind its inception.
With a belief in the self company and market place, I am passionate about learning and growing. I assume one needs to take responsibility for their success, hence I do not externalize problems, accept challenges, and view the word ‘No’ as an opportunity to succeed.

Professionally as I hold diverse experience across sales, marketing, and business development space, my entrepreneurial stint started with the establishment of my first company in the IT Recruitment & Staffing domain. Later having success in Consulting, I incepted People Education, an EdTech company that focuses on providing MBA programs to working professionals, and for the same reason, I have also tied up with ISBR Business School (one of India's best business schools by Discovery Education). People Education is my sincere initiative to build business leaders and professionals for tomorrow and back the nation.

As an EdTech company providing PGDM for working professionals, we have created an amazing team of experts who can help you find the right path. Our courses are designed by highly qualified faculty members who have decades of experience in the field of education. These professors are working at top institutes and universities across India & abroad. Our experts work hard to make sure that they provide the best possible learning experience to our students so that they get a good job after completing their PGDM degree from us. Our main focus is to provide proper full time PGDM or MBA degrees to working professionals and also enlighten them about how this degree will benefit them in their careers. We are offering 13 specializations to working professionals from Marketing, IT, Finance Operations, Business Analytics, and more. We have single specialization as well as dual specialization and it is our USP compared to our competitors.

Tell us about the most effective methodology and technologies used in your organization to ensure better learning experiences for the students.
The methodology that we use for our working professionals is to provide them with academic and industry knowledge. Here, we are dealing with working professionals, so we have to address them differently. Our main focus is not only to provide theoretical knowledge but also to match the industry curriculum, so more case studies and assignments are part of their curriculum, and visiting faculties are all industry experts.

Tell us about the managements leadership approach and the guidelines or methodologies you follow to lead your team.
We take care of our employees and give them space to enjoy their personal lives. We don't work on Sundays and are open on Saturdays only till 4 p.m. so that they can find some time to spend relaxing on the weekend and return to work on Monday energized. We've seen a lot of change in startup organizations as theyre more focused on revenue generation. They give their employees targets that are sometimes impossible to meet, and if they don't meet them, they fire them. We don't want to be like such companies who follow the hire & fire rule.

What are the future market opportunities that you look forward to investing your time in to reach your goals?
We are planning to expand into different locations, and we are also planning to tie-up with more business schools across India to promote our executive programs. We are also planning to introduce short term certification courses for working professionals in the future, however, our main focus will be on providing them with degrees that will help them shape their careers.
