Could you briefly describe your educational background and work history? What drives you to carry out your daily tasks?
Hasmukh Bhai Solanki founded Nilkanth Engineering Works in 1982 to transform India's infrastructure development. I became a part of Nilkanth Engineering Works in 2018, to carry forward the legacy of my father, Hasmukh Solanki. As a part of my responsibilities, I oversee strategic planning, marketing, sales, dealer network development, and corporate client management in both domestic and international markets.

My academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Engineering Business Management from Coventry University, UK. I aim to introduce state-of-the-art technology to Nilkanth and deliver superior quality components, propelling the company to greater global heights. With over 40 years of experience, Nilkanth Engineering is a leading manufacturer of Concrete Batching Plants and will continue to be so through constant innovation, research, and development under my leadership.

How would you define Nilkanth Engineering Works as an organization and its position in the market?
With over four decades of experience in the industry, Nilkanth has consistently excelled in providing innovative solutions. As a prominent manufacturer of Concrete Batching Plants in India, Nilkanth has significantly influenced the construction industry by meeting its changing needs. Drawing on its extensive experience and professional expertise, Nilkanth has exported over 75 Concrete Batching Plants to different countries, in addition to over a thousand plants supplied across India, a source of great pride for the company.

Tell us about your main products. What value added benefits may customers anticipate from your products?
Nilkanth places a high priority on delivering quality and incorporating technological advancements into its products. Our company has consistently manufactured and delivered high quality concrete batch plants to meet our customers' demands. We offer user friendly and low-
maintenance equipment, including a range of Mobile, Compact, and Stationary Concrete Batching Plants with Pan or Twin Shaft Mixers, ranging in capacity from 20 to 120 cubic m/hr. Our in house quality inspectors conduct a strict quality inspection on the products before dispatching them to the client's site, using inhouse software for added assurance. Our focus is on automation in the Control Panel, allowing even inexperienced operators to efficiently operate the Concrete Batching Plant with ease.

Could you please describe your style of leadership? What rules or procedures do you follow when managing your team?
When it comes to anything involving concrete, Nilkanth has always taken the lead in satisfying the demands that emerge in infrastructural development. We keep up with the latest technical developments and ensure that the business and its offerings stay positive. We ensure that we design our execution procedures, produce the best results, and adopt Nilkanth's customer-centric strategy under my direction to achieve 100 percent client retention.

Could you think back on some of the most difficult obstacles you have faced so far on your journey? What did you learn from them and how did you overcome them?
The competition in the infrastructure sector today is extremely fierce. The most difficult obstacle is the cost because we don't want to sacrifice quality. Yet, we keep up with technology and have introduced an automated control panel that is the easiest to use and requires very little labour.

We always work to differentiate ourselves from our competitors in every manner we can and offer distinctive results across all facets of our organization. The bottom line is that because our primary focus is on our clients, we can maintain engagement with them both online and offline. Customers are essential to our business's survival and growth. Nilkanth plans his strategies to satisfy every client's needs.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?
Nilkanth strives to provide superior-quality components that enhance durability, reliability, and stability. The company has prepared itself to expand its manufacturing capacity by setting up a much larger factory space, enabling it to produce a significantly larger number of concrete batching plants. Furthermore, with the opening of the new factory, Nilkanth will introduce a tower crane and transit mixer to its product line. The expansion of our infrastructure facilities across Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Orissa, and Telangana will create new opportunities for infrastructural development.
