KSMA has entered the aesthetic candles, frag- rances, and oils segment. How do you position the brand in the premium lifestyle and gifting market, and what defines your storytelling approach?

At Ksma, we position ourselves as an affordable luxury brand that brings premium-quality lifestyle products to the masses at accessible prices. Our products are available across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit and Swiggy, helping us reach a wider audience conveniently.

We continuously focus on building stronger supply chain systems, improving efficiency, and creating backup plans that help us maintain smooth business continuity


Beyond products, KSMA stands for purpose-driven growth. We are proud to be a women-led workforce brand, employing only women and actively promoting women's empowerment.

What role does the real estate and construction business play within the larger Shree Krishna Group strategy, and how do you maintain balance across industries?

The real estate and construction vertical plays a very important role within Shree Krishna Group because, ultimately, we are building shelters and fulfilling dreams for customers. For many people, the home we deliver could be their first and last home, so we approach every project with responsibility, thoughtfulness, and commitment to timelines and quality.

Managing multiple sectors requires strong coordination, and we are fortunate to have a highly dynamic and dedicated team that helps maintain balance across our manufacturing, lifestyle, and construction businesses.

Their collective effort ensures operational efficiency while maintaining the same standards of trust and excellence across all verticals.
Operating across multiple industries comes with challenges. What operational and supply chain lessons have shaped your approach to resilience and efficiency?

One of the biggest challenges we faced was during the COVID period, when there was a major shortfall in supplies that impacted industries globally. That experience taught us the importance of preparedness and long-term planning.

Since then, we have adopted a more proactive approach by stocking critical supplies well in advance to ensure that our operations never come to a halt or even slow down. At Shree Krishna Group, resilience is now deeply integrated into our operational strategy. We continuously focus on building stronger supply chain systems, improving efficiency, and creating backup plans that help us maintain smooth business continuity.

How is the group integrating sustainability and compliance into its pharmaceutical, cosmetic raw material, and lifestyle manufacturing operations?

Sustainability and responsible manufacturing are becoming central to the way we operate at Shree Krishna Group and Ksma. In our pharmaceutical and cosmetic raw material businesses, we actively work toward making our supplies petroleum-product-free, SLES-free, and paraben-free to align with safer and cleaner global standards.

Similarly, at KSMA, all our oils and fragrances are created using natural extracts, and our aesthetic candles are completely paraffinwax-free. We believe that premium products should also be environmentally conscious and safer for consumers. Our focus remains on combining quality innovation, sustainability, and compliance in every aspect of manufac -turing.
