It was during this phase that Akshay identified a critical concern. Despite India’s vast talent pool and technical capacity, the nation relied heavily on Western countries for essential components in vaccine and therapeutic protein manufacturing.

I start by identifying the client’s core problem or operational bottleneck to clearly define the challenges. Once the issue is understood, I conduct a thorough technical assessment to gain complete clarity. Based on these insights, I design a tailored scientific solution that not only resolves the problem but also enhances the client’s processes or out comes.
My focus is on delivering these solutions with the shortest possible turnaround time while ensuring cost efficiency. This approach enables clients receive both practical and innovative outcomes that enhance performance and optimize resources.
