Give a brief account of your educational professional background and experience. What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
My educational journey began at Dhirubhai Ambani International School, where I was part of one of the first batches. I then pursued my studies at Lynn University in the United States, which laid the foundation for my career. After graduation, I worked at Jindal Tubular, LLC in Houston - Texas, gaining valuable experience. My passion for innovation led me back to India, where I wanted to contribute to the growth of India, I established an HDPE pipe manufacturing unit in Khordha, Odisha and contributed to projects like Jal Jeevan Mission. Each day, I'm driven by the desire to create and innovate, channeling my energy into the growth of the business. This journey fuels my
dedication to achieving excellence in every thing I do.
Why was Mumbai chosen to be the breeding ground of your company? How has the place been favoring you so far in your operations?
Mumbai was a natural choice for establishing my company due to my deep rooted connection with the city, where I lived for 18 years. This strong bond and the city's robust business environment influenced my decision to register the company there, even as we set up the manufacturing plant in Odisha. Mumbai’s strategic location and advanced infrastructure have been instrumental in managing backend operations efficiently, particularly during the land allocation phase in Odisha. The city’s supportive business ecosystem has not only facilitated a smooth transition but also provided a solid foundation for our initial setup and operational planning.
Could you tell us about the quality control measures you have adopted in your organization to ensure the utmost precision and quality?
At RAREAN FluidTech, quality is our top priority, and we are committed to delivering products made up of 100 percent virgin material that meet our customers' requirements with precision and time liness. I truly believe that business can still be successful without compromising the human side - we will not indulge in practices which are injurious to human life or do not do injustice to public spending. We stick to our tagline, which truly testifies: We care for Life-Life of Human Being and Life of Pipeline. To ensure this, we've established an in-house lab equipped with the latest technology, staffed by highly qualified technical professionals.
This lab plays a crucial role in our stringent quality control process, covering every stage of production- from raw materials to finished products. Our comprehensive quality plan includes rigorous tests like density, carbon black content, and OIT. These meticulous measures have earned us certifications from Lloyd's Register and ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001. I encourage my team to explore all aspects, whether it's market research, expansion plans, or financial reviews, giving them the freedom to innovate. We are fortunate to have Mr. Mukesh Agarwal as our COO, who leads the entire operations team and has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and the value system throughout the team, as he also completely believes in what I am passionate about.
I analyze the data they provide, offer feedback, and together, we refine our strategies continuously. This ongoing, interactive process ensures that we not only work competently but also contribute meaningfully to the company's growth. My leadership style is all about fostering a dynamic, supportive environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.
What is the future destination you are heading towards?
Our future destination is centered on significant expansion and innovation. We are diversifying our product range to increase our export reach into new international and domestic markets. Our vision is to establish Odisha as a global hub for PE pipe technology by leveraging our advanced manufacturing capabilities and steadfast commitment to quality. By positioning Odisha on the world stage as a leader in PE pipe technology, we aim to enhance our global footprint while contributing to the region's economic development and technological progress.
