Contemporary life is no less than a maze, where we find ourselves lost among the ocean of thoughts and confusions. The modern lifestyle has contributed to a lot of perplexities and daunting conditions. The relentless pressure on each of us to fit into the disparate expectations and demands has intensified distress, anxiety, and other issues. Moreover, we are not taught to be emotionally stable and face the gremlins life throw at us. Hence, many times, we turn towards others for others suggestions or helping hands. But not everyone is an expert to hold our hand and walk us through the right path, making our personal and professional life easy. As a support system and solace, Sachin, the founder of SUPERBHUMANS - helps us to better ourselves in terms of morale, ethics, values, leadership, and life skills.

As a life coach, he uses unique dexterity to examine a person and formulate strategies to pin down the inner dilemmas and bring out the true leader in you. His activities and games-based coaching is helping people to bounce back, work collaboratively, and balance life at ease. Engaging in an exclusive conversation with CEO Insights, Sachin highlights inspiring aspects of his journey.

What inspired you to choose the path of being a Life Coach?
SUPERBHUMANS is a disruptive idea that emerged out of my observations on the education system. While working for large MNCs and traveling the world, I got an opportunity to visit Finland. Spending around two years in the country helped me realize that the life of kids is different there. Unlike the colonial education system followed in India, children in Finland are taught values that make them self-reliant. In India, we are being trained to be disciplined workers

and not revolutionary leaders.According to Leadership Development Trends by Mercer| Mettl, 80 percent of firms in India facing a leadership talent shortage. My days there left me with a very strong positive impression about not cluttering minds with the least important things from textbooks.

I understood that there is an enormous gap between what academia produces and the world’s needs. While I was into hardware and my wife was into software, my daughter was nowhere! Amidst the rat race for grades in school, individual talents, collaborative work, and leadership skills are least considered. I took voluntary retirement and started working on making my daughter a better person by teaching values, ethics & morals. Observing the drastic change in her personality and behaviour, people asked me if I could help their kids. Since then, my journey as a life coach began. Today, I am also coaching corporate professionals on core leadership and life skills.

Brief us on your educational background
I graduated BE & MTech in Chemical Engineering and completed ESD Engineering from iNARTE, USA. I am a certified experiential coach with a doctorate in Experiential Training, Accelerated Learning, and Facilitation of Game-based training. Some of my other credentials are NLP Master Practitioner from IRATD, Hypnotherapist from League of Controlling mind and body; Kayakalpa Yoga practitioner from the World Community service centre, neuro-linguistic programming NLP master from Mind Dynamic Centre, and More.

While managing the overall operations, I head SUPERBHUMANS

and lead a team of 25+ high performing people. SUPERBHUMANS is all about experiential learnings with games and activities that give intense transformational experiences. With 17+ years of corporate experience, I understand the thick and thin of professional life.We encourage corporates, children, and youth to work with immense leadership qualities. And promote empathy, honesty, and mindfulness while believing in possibilities and does not attempt to fix you but lets you find the greatness in you.

Tell us about the various training, coaching, subconscious - therapies, and techniques you offer? Also, what do you consider as your prime offering?
We unleash the hidden potential of students and channelize their collective energy in the right direction. For corporates, we have launched a program called Accelerate Consistent & Excel (ACE). Through which we foster Communication breakthrough, Team building, and NLP. Accelerated learning technologies like RLS (Rapid Learning Systems) & ROLS (Result oriented Learning System) make it a unique program that guarantees remarkable results.
