What inspired you to create OnCoor, and what vision continues to drive the platform’s growth?
I created OnCoor after repeatedly seeing enterprise transformation initiatives struggle because of poor data governance, disconnected processes, and excessive reliance on manual workarounds. While organizations invested heavily in ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and analytics, the underlying data ecosystem often remained fragmented and difficult to manage.
I recognized a gap for a unified platform that could simplify data transformation while strengthening governance, transparency, and scalability. My vision has always been to build an intelligent, business-driven enterprise data management platform that combines automation, metadata intelli- gence, governance, and AI capabilities, empowering organi - zations to modernize faster while giving business users greater control over their data.
How do you see enterprise data management evolving in the age of cloud, AI, and real-time analytics?
Enterprise data management has evolved from a back office function into a strategic business capability. Today, data directly influences operational agility, customer experience regulatory compliance, and AI success. I believe organizations must move from reactive data management to proactive, intelligent governance supported by automation lineage, and realtime visibility.
Equally important is the cultural shift toward shared ownership of data across business and technology teams. What has been your biggest challenge in scaling OnCoor, and what did you learn from it?
One of the biggest challenges has been balancing product innovation with the expectations of enterprise customers. Organizations demand secure, scalable, and reliable platforms while also expecting rapid implementation and measurable business outcomes.
As a growing enterprise SaaS company, we had to prove not only our technology capabilities but also our operational maturity and long-term commitment to customer success. The most important lesson I learned is that enterprise trust is earned through execution, consistency, and measurable results. Technology alone does not drive adoption; strong partnerships, transparency, and a relentless focus on solving real business problems are equally critical.

My approach is centered on collaboration, trans- parency, and demonstrating measurable value. We work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand current challenges, identify oppor -tunities, and design transformation strategies that minimize disruption.
Wherever possible, we deliver value incrementally so teams can build confidence throughout the process. Trust plays a central role in moderni -zation.
