How are changing customer expectations influencing your innovation and product development strategies?
Our innovation strategy is driven by a balance of active listening and forward-thinking anti- cipation. We work closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges, but true innovation requires looking beyond immediate demands. By studying global trends such as decarboni -zation, sustain ability regulations, and chemical restrictions we develop solutions that address future market requirements.
For example, we pioneered PFAS free mineral coatings for sustainable packaging and introduced Elastomyn MK as a safer alternative to traditional flame retardants. Combined with service innovations like regional logistics hubs, this approach enables us to deliver value while positioning our customers for long-term success.
How does Artemyn differentiate itself in building long-term partnerships with customers across global markets?
Customer trust is the foundation of everything we do. Our top ten customers have partnered with us for an average of 40 years, reflecting the strength of those relationships. We differentiate ourselves by consistently listening, responding, and delivering value over the long term. Through our annual Net Promoter Score survey, we gain direct insight into customer experiences and expectations.
In 2026, our NPS increased by 17 points to reach 40, demonstrating the positive impact of our customer-first approach. For us, trust is built through reliability, transparency, technical expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping customers achieve their goals.
What personal values and guiding princi- ples have remained constant through- out your career?
Integrity, customer-centricity, and discipline have remained constant throughout my career. I believe long-term success is built on earned trust, trans -parency, and consistently delivering on commitments. Customer relationships are partnerships, which is why our approach combines active listening with antici -pating future needs.
This philosophy has helped us develop innovative solutions while strengthening customer loyalty. Equally important is financial discipline and resilience. What trends do you believe will have the greatest impact on the sector over the next five years?
The impact of industry transformation varies across regions and sectors but sustain ability, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience will be key drivers over the next five years. While environmental regulations are accelerating demand for greener solutions, many industrial customers are also focused on improving efficiency and reducing costs in challenging market conditions.
We support this by providing minerals that lower production expenses, reduce energy consumption, and improve performance. At the same time, geopolitical uncertainty has highlighted the importance of reliable supply chains. Companies that can combine innovation, sustainability, competitive economics, and dependable service will be best positioned to succeed.
As CEO of Artemyn Minerals, what is your vision for the company’s next phase of growth?
My vision for Artemyn’s next phase of growth is to align our industrial strengths with the global transition toward a more sustainable future. We remain committed to our leadership position in paper and board while expanding into high-growth sectors such as cement, construction, cable and wire insulation, rubber, and paints.
Our specialized mineral solutions help customers reduce emissions, improve performance, and optimize costs. What makes this strategy particularly powerful is its alignment with major global trends around sustainability and innovation. Supported by world class mineral resources, localized technical expertise, and a strong logistics network, we aim to be a trusted partner delivering long-term value worldwide.
