While pursuing Computer Science & Engineering at Chitkara University, Jatin Sachdeva, Founder & CEO, Logolize, also worked as a freelancer in Graphic Designing and as the Technical Head of technical/design team in the college fests since the first year of his course. For Jatin and his technical team, a fest was not a commonplace event with just a name and a theme, but a whole concept with an ‘Identity’ and a ‘Face’ conveying the real essence to the audience akin to the concept of a company’s brand and tagline. At the end of second year, he came to a realization that he and his team were adept at enlivening the bland name and theme of any fest with captivating visuals like design or video which communicate a great deal easily to the audience. Henceforth, Jatin decided to become an entrepreneur and established Logolize (meaning ‘creating an identity for someone’) in his third year to assist companies in metamorphosing their vision into reality via attractive and easily communicable social media ads, logos, pictures, videos, websites, UI or other visuals. Logolize today stands tall as a Creative Brand Management & Digital Marketing company that acts as a one-stop-shop for all your Digital & Creative needs.

In fact, consistency, prompt reverts, seriousness towards work, confidence, adaptability, capability to learn from mistakes, never quitting & positive attitude, constant edification and availability are some of the primordial attributes that demarcate him as the most profound entrepreneur. Being the President of CSE Club at his college that organized technical events and workshops for students and also enacting various other prominent roles helped Jatin significantly in enriching his leadership and team
handling facets. Moreover his freelancing experience taught him about dealing with clients and conforming to stringent processes at work. What are your avenues and inspirations that mould you in uplifting Logolize ahead of the competition?
By etching strong collaborations and experimenting on a daily basis to produce something out of the box, we are capable of procuring ‘Consistent Sales’ despite being a start-up and believe that ‘Sales Fix Everything’. In fact, I comprehend the word Start-up’as 'START and when you fall, get UP’, believe in my own quote ‘Your SALE is like your own boat, no one would SAIL it better than you’ and find inspirations from any brand that communicates its basic idea very ‘Simply, Briefly and with a Strong Concept’ to its customers. Not even once I felt like choosing a tangential path from this journey and recreating the whole idea but instead, I kept moving with the flow by learning frequently from my mistakes or wrong decisions, adapting to the emerging changes and handling everything independently. I feel truly fortunate to have become an entrepreneur at the age of 21 because I had enough space and time to easily conquer the hardships throughout the journey and less things to lose from failures.

How do you manage to carve unique designs and also ensure that they reach the right audience?
At Logolize, design is all about visual identity, which means projecting a stronger concept and visual communication i.e. having a unique design language to communicate well with the audience. As the saying goes ‘A good design is not only about how nice it looks, it is about how nicely it works’, I personally foster my team to question themselves 'Why?’ to think creatively, execute a long research about customers’brand and there
after create something meaningful rather than just good looking designs. Further,I ensure to connect with new people via different events, conferences, meetups, references and other means to elevate the sales and business besides setting the priorities rightly and efficiently to address both the professional and personal problems on time.

Could you elucidate the strategies you follow to stay tuned with the industry trends? Also,cast some light on your achievements and advice for aspiring people.
As the industry is an ever-evolving space,I periodically evaluate myself with the present scenario by participating in mentorship programs, seminars or conferences and also stay abreast with the trends by following trending pages and interacting with industry experts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media. Last year, I was being conferred with an award for ‘The Most Emerging Company in North India in Class: Graphic Designing & Digital Marketing’ by Global Achievers Forum and also recognized as one of the ‘Youngest Entrepreneurs’in Chandigarh by TIE-Chandigarh. Recently, I was also featured in one of the episodes of ‘Entrepreneurs of India’.

Being a successful leader with enormous passion, my earnest advice for all the people out there with bubbling aspirations and ideas is to be confident,believe and focus on themselves and their ideas, and start something impactful.
