Neeraj Shrivastva,CEOThe real estate industry's leading role in the country's wealth creation is well recognized, and a substantial rise in housing predicted in the next few years is expected to entrench this dominance much further. All of the prerequisites for a real estate expansion are in place: an increasing working population, rapid urbanization, a move to nuclear families, the lowest mortgage rates, and a pandemic that has highlighted the importance of owning one's own house. Neeraj Shrivastva identified tremendous development prospects in the real estate market after taking into account all of these aspects. To accomplish customers' expectations and deliver them a better experience and lifestyle, also, to flourish in real estate development by integrating novel ideas and working hard to attain new business objectives, Neeraj Shrivastva established Infiniti Projects.

Below is an excerpt of the CEO Insights' exclusive interview with Neeraj.

What inspired you to start your professional journey in the real estate sector and what drives you today as an industry leader?
I have 23 years of professional experience in industries such as banking, insurance, and real estate. I switched to the real estate industry because I am a person who wants to advance in life, and at the time, the real estate market was fast expanding yet unorganized. I was
given the opportunity to enter this sector through a company named Jaypee Greens where I was responsible for managing a 5000 bacre township. It was a vast project with commercial buildings, residential structures, and villas. While working for Jaypee, I discovered a lot about this sector since the company had a large canvas and was very professionally managed.

Hard work, improved planning, being honest with consumers, and delivering results have been my success mantras

The real estate industry contributes significantly to GDP and is one of India's leading job producers. Real estate is a challenging industry, but it also offers numerous opportunities. Therefore, these are the elements that keep me going. Every day is a new day for me because I get to deal with so many different people; and we work with government agencies, architects, and industry leaders.

How would you define Infiniti Projects and its position in the market? Also, how does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Infiniti Projects is a new, young firm that was founded in June of last year. We started this company because we wanted to cater to people in tier two cities, where projects aren't always done professionally. There is a lot of possibility for designing projects and providing a great lifestyle to the residents of tier two cities. After working with major realestate enterprises, I saw this as an opportunity as the big players aren't focusing on small communities, even though they have the money. As a result, I decided to focus on tier
two cities where people have money and the desire to live a good life. This is why we moved to Lucknow to start Infiniti, and we are currently working on two projects in the city. Then, as planned for this year, we'll begin working on projects in Noida and Gurgaon.

How did you make it to reach this level and what is your success mantra?
Hard work, improved planning, being honest with consumers, and delivering results have been my success mantras. I believe in constantly striving for progress, and I feel that we should provide customer centric services since, at the end of the day, the customer is the most important aspect of any organization.

Infiniti Projects aspires to create best-in class projects in multiple locations across India. As the CEO, how are you developing strategies to accomplish this vision?
We are currently concentrating our endeavours in Lucknow and Noida and only in the state of Uttar Pradesh, and will then move to other cities of North India. We can't take an aggressive approach because it's a young company and because the pandemic is still going on. The strategy is to focus on the current market conditions rather than being aggressive.
